Welcome to our beautiful oceanfront condo home located on Amelia Island. This newly redecorated, two-bedroom, two-bath unit is located on the third floor of a quiet, family friendly 24 unit complex, Atlantis on Amelia. The condo is easily accessed by an elevator or stairs.
A spacious, comfortable, and beautifully decorated living and dining area, Master bedroom with king size bed, spacious walk in closet, and private bath, and guest bedroom with two twin beds and adjoining full bath, as well as a new queen sofa bed in living room. Living room and master bedroom open onto the very private oceanfront balcony and porch. The Atlantic Ocean can be seen from the living room and master bedroom, as well as the dining and kitchen areas. This unit offers all the modern conveniences such as 2 DVD/VCR combo televisions with cable (HBO & Cinemax), full kitchen and appliances, washer and dryer, and all linens included (except beach towels).
On our grounds, you will find a heated swimming pool, tennis court, and 13 miles of great, uncrowded beaches. We also have a great landmark seafood restaurant, The Surf, within a quick walk, and fine restaurants everywhere on the island including the Centre Street Historic District which covers 50 blocks of restored 19th century Victorian restaurants, shops, and homes. Golf at several local courses, including the Fernandina Beach Municipal Golf Course just down the street, and visit a Civil War-era fort, Fort Clinch State Park, or fish from either a deep sea charter, beach fishing, or at the south end of the island pedestrian bridge.
You will find Atlantis on Amelia to be a welcoming place with many of our renters returning year after year. Annual events such as tennis tournaments, art expositions, the Shrimp Festival, and car shows will bring you back to this attractive and natural island. Fernandina Beach Municipal Airport is centrally located, with the Jacksonville Airport only 20 minutes from Amelia Island, and Interstate 95 only 13 miles from the island. |
