The Yachtsman is a beachfront community of condominiums located on Hyannis Harbor and Nantucket Sound in a perfect spot for a wonderful late spring, summertime or early fall vacation or holiday.
Our condominium is a multi-level townhouse with fantastic ocean views. It has been completely updated throughout and features a kitchen with granite counters, a sunken living room, three large bedrooms, two full baths and one half bath.
The condominiums are within easy walking of downtown Hyannis, the Hyannis public docks, the state run ferry to Nantucket, the Hy-line ferry to Martha's Vineyard and HyannisPort with Sunset Hill. The private beach is ideal for young children and the private swimming pool has a lifeguard. This is an absolutely wonderful area for a vacation.
The Yachtsman, with its private beach and pool and its closeness to downtown Hyannis, is a great place to vacation. July and August are especially nice with all the summertime activities, but don't forget June and September. In June the Cape awakens in anticipation of the summer, and in September the weather is generally the best of the entire year.

The first level has the kitchen, dining area, a half bath, and sunken living room with fireplace. Sliders open to the ground-level deck with gas-fired barbeque and comfortable deck furniture.
The second level has the master bedroom with an en suite bath and magnificent views of Nantucket Sound from its deck. Also, on this level there are the second full bath, laundry facilities, and another bedroom. All bedrooms on this level are air conditioned.
The third level has a large sitting area with sliders to a full-size deck. The views of Nantucket Sound and Hyannis's Outer Harbor are breathtaking! Also, on this level is the third bedroom.

This Hyannis condo is very well equipped and the perfect spot to explore the Cape or simply sit on the beach and watch the sailboats and ferries travel into Hyannis Harbor. Located a very short drive to the Nantucket ferries and Main Street, Hyannis. View from the condo overlooks forever wild and Nantucket Bay. Nicely maintained pool was also a plus. Owner was very responsive during the booking process. Rental agent for the Yachtsman Condominiums is also available during stay for property information. Condo pictures actually don't do it justice. We were a party of 4 adults but unit could have easily accommodated 6. Steep stairs between levels might be a challenge for small children. If traveling to the area, we would definitely recommend to family/friends.Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

About the owner: Dorothy and I have been retired for 6 years. When we bought our condominium, we had intended to live full-time in it upon retirement. Things never workout exactly as one plans.
