The Yachtsman condominiums are located on Hyannis Harbor and Nantucket Sound in a perfect spot for a wonderful late spring, summertime or early fall vacation or holiday. Our condominium is a multi-level townhouse, which has been completely updated throughout. It features a kitchen with granite counters, a sunken living room, three large bedrooms, two full baths and one half bath. The beach is ideal for young children and the private swimming pool has a lifeguard.
The condominium is within easy walking of downtown Hyannis, the Hyannis public docks, the state run ferry to Nantucket, the Hy-line ferry to Martha's Vineyard and HyannisPort with Sunset Hill. This is an absolutely wonderful area for a vacation.
The first level has the kitchen, dining area, a half bath, and sunken living room with fireplace. Sliders open to the ground-level deck with gas-fired barbeque and comfortable deck furniture.
The second level has the master bedroom with an en suite bath and magnificent views of Nantucket Sound from its deck. Also, on this level there are the second full bath, laundry facilities, and another bedroom. All bedrooms on this level are air conditioned.
The third level has a large sitting area with sliders to a full-size deck. The views of Nantucket Sound and Hyannis's Outer Harbor are breathtaking! Also, on this level is the third bedroom.
The Yachtsman, with its private beach and pool and its closeness to downtown Hyannis, is a great place to vacation. July and August are especially nice with all the summertime activity, but don't forget June and September. In June the Cape awakens in anticipation of the summer, and in September the weather is generally the best of the entire year.
