You will never want to leave this spectacular gulf front condo, our own slice of paradise. Come to play or just relax on this barrier island with over 20 miles of federally protected, unspoiled and uncrowded beaches. It was voted one of the top 10 beaches in North America by Boston University. Once you step out onto the world famous sugar white sand and emerald blue/green water you will understand why.
Located on the third floor, the beach feels as if it is just below your balcony. A heated pool is just steps away. Navarre Towers offers 2 lighted tennis courts, a fitness center and grilling station. Beach service for chairs and umbrellas is available at the end of the walkway. A bike path is available and runs the length of the island. A fishing pier is on the east end of the island.
Our large 2 bedroom-2 bathroom condominium is fully furnished and was completely refurbished in 2005. A large master suite offers a king size bed, walk-in closet, new large tiled shower, and a separate dressing/vanity with beveled mirrors. The guest bedroom with a view of the sound offers a queen size bed and "beach bunks". The living/dining area is very spacious. The kitchen is a chefs delight with new cabinets and new appliances. The laundry room includes a full sized washer and dryer.
