Our condo has recently been remodeled with new cabinets, counter tops, appliances, new furniture, 3 flat screen televisions. Professionally decorated in a chic beach cottage style.
Navarre Beach is among Florida's most beautiful barrier islands with over 20 miles of federally protected unspoiled uncrowded beaches. It has been voted one of the top beaches in North America and you will understand why once you step onto the world famous sugar white sand and see the sparkling emerald waters of the Gulf.. Navarre Beach was recently featured in Southern Living Magazine as a family friendly paradise. We are spoiled to our "private little world". You will find a walking/bike path that takes you through the natural seashore all the way to Pensacola Beach.
See the dolphins play and enjoy the beautiful sunrises and sunsets from your private balcony which is furnished with table/4 chairs and chaise lounge. We are located on the third floor in this mid rise gated complex.
Enjoy all the amenities ...swim in the beautiful Gulf or the beachfront heated pool or play tennis on our private courts, work out in the fitness center, go fishing on the beach or fish from the new 300 foot fishing pier, rent jet skis/wave runners, go parasailing, rent bikes and explore the island. Go shelling... the ever changing shoreline brings lots of beautiful shells. Beach chairs and umbrellas can be rented by the day or by the week. Outdoor grilling is available and conveniently located near the pool area.
We are only 10 minutes to the zoo and 30 minutes to the Gulfarium. We are less than an hour to the National Naval Air Base Museum. Destin and Fort Walton are within 30-40 minutes. Enjoy golfing nearby at the Championship Golf Course or at Hidden Creek or Tiger Point East and West.
Our large 2 bedroom/2 bath condo is fully furnished with everything you could possibly need for a fun vacation. The kitchen is a chefs delight and is well equipped. There is a large laundry room with full size washer/dryer and large pantry. The livingroom offers a new sleeper and love seat, bean bags for the children and a large flat screen television. The diningroon comfortably seats six and we furnish a high chair for the little one. The master bedroom has a new flat screen television, a king size bed with the most comfortable mattress ever! A large walk in closet with built in drawers, new tile shower, his and hers vanities with beveled mirrors, gorgeous views of the gulf from the large corner window and the floor to ceiling glass doors leading to the patio. The guestroom is most inviting with a queen size bed, a set of bunk beds, flat screen television and DVD, 2 closets and a great view of the Bay. You will never want to leave this spectacular condo!

Why the Owner Chose Navarre Towers
We were looking for a quite uncrowded beach on the gulf... when we stayed at Navarre Towers we knew we had found it!
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
There are a couple of good eating places on the island which are within walking or biking distance. Beach Monkeys has good fried shrimp and another is Sailors Grill where there it is always enjoyable to sit by the bay and watch the volley ball matches. They also have a great bakery. We are known to pick up a few pastries to enjoy with our coffee the following morning. What a treat it is to sit out there and watch the beautiful sunrise and see the adorable dolphins out for their morning play.
Just across the bridge there is a great Publix Grogery Store. Also a Tom Thumb smaller grocery store/ gas station on the island.

We are so happy we decided to come to Navarre. Beautiful condo, beautiful water, weather and sand! Mills enjoyed his 5th birthday here and Nelle Kate loved her first trip to the beach...so much that we're coming back for 2 weeks next year!

What a great time we had in your beautiful condo! You had everything we needed and more. The fireworks on July 4th were awesome! We did alittle of everything from fishing, to shelling, to swimming, jet skiing,sunbathing,and best of all just relaxing. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your condo where we enjoyed our family vacation. We'll be back!
