Few 2 bedrooms compare to the comfort of this condo interior or to the fantastic Upper floor views direct ocean and up and down the coast. Also looks out at beach and NASA launch pads and watch cruise ships steam in and out in front of the condo. 2nd Bedroom has a roll-a-way bed in closet in addition to two double beds in 2nd bedroom.
Current building code allowing only 5 story buildings, gives this Upper floor unit incredible views. ***This unit DOES NOT look into a courtyard, no one would call it a "parking lot view unit" and YOU WILL NEVER say "oh - I see the ocean over there". - In particular people love this condo as it is away from all the commercialized congestion and traffic. That also means that it is close to the 528 Beeline Expressway for being able to quickly get to Orlando, Titusville, I-95, NASA or Kennedy Space Center. Also it is still within walking distance to both the Cocoa Beach Pier and the Jetty. The View is fantastic and more like a beautiful post card. The views up and down the beach and out at the ocean are truely fantastic and every guest that comes to the condo raves over the fantastic views. We also keep in up to date with new furniture on a regular basis. Sometimes units look "worn out". We would expect no one to ever say thatk, in fact they love the new items we add regularly to update it and surprise our repeat guest with new additions. Our rates are low and we stay rather full. Call early and come stay at our place.

Hello Herbsteclan,Germany Verry nice apartment, oceanfront and Great view to Kennedy Space centre, huge Pool, bedrooms nice and Comfi, Kitchen all Appliances you Need, Beach Chairs and umbrellas in apartment. Great Stay, will be back. Mark was very friendly and helpful with all questions we had.

We had a WONDERFUL experience at Mark's condo last week fulfilling our dream of seeing a shuttle launch. The condo is perfectly located--10 miles from KSC--we went there twice (admission tix is for 2 visits), so it was nice to be close to the big event. Back at the condo, it was great watching the the big cruise ships come in and out of Port Canaveral. Access walkway to beach is right up to the property, so you are right there with your portable, over-the-shoulder beach chairs ( 4 of them in condo). Beach is very clean and not crowded, even for the 4th of July (great fireworks off pier). Condo itself is very comfortable--kitchen has everything one needs to cook--we had all meals at home instead of spending money out, and we had all the resources necessary to do our gourmet thing. We spent evenings swimming in the Atlantic, chatting on the balcony, and watching flat screen TV (sectional sofa roomy and comfortable). Condo is very clean (I'm a bit obsessive about that). Mark is great at communicating beforehand by e-mail or phone and once you're there, in case you need him (we didn't). We hope to stay there again for a week next summer and see the Astronaut Hall of Fame and maybe a Delta or Atlas launch (both pads are visible from condo)--NASA has those launch dates posted on their website. Thanks, Mark, and GO, ATLANTIS!

I have stayed at Marks condo many times and have always found it to be very clean and comfortable.Its always quiet and has beautiful views from anywhere in the condo. Mark has been updating the furniture, appliances and added a flat screen TV to the livingroom.The beach is great ,and so is the pool. The owner Mark , was easy to work with and is always very helpful. I like this place very much and have another stay already booked.

"The minute we arrived at this beautiful condo on the ocean and looked out the patio doors I knew we had selected the perfect vacation spot. The views from the 7th floor were breathtaking. Condo was exactly as described. The decor was simple and extremely inviting. The colors were perfect for the ocean view. The patio was our favorite spot day or night. Comfortable beds and plenty of linens. Kitchen had everything you might need. The neighborhood is a quite one and the condo is very easy to get to. Short distance to Kennedy Space Center and all the Orlando vacation spots and airport are within a convenient driving distance. The beach is clean and not crowded. The grounds were immaculate. Pool was cleaned daily. Lots of beach chairs and a perfect place to relax. Parking space is close to door and they even had carts to take your suitcases and groceries up to the condo. It's a perfect location for people with strollers or wheel chairs. You don't have to climb any stairs in this whole place. The owner, Mark, was easy to work with. He was very helpful with any questions we had. We would defnitely stay here again

We stayed at this condo for the month of January 2010. As described on the web site, the view is fantastic. Also, the unit looks exactly as shown in the photos on the web site. It is located on the beach - just a few steps and you are getting your feet wet in the Atlantic. Everything you might need or want is convenient to the condo. From the balcony on the south side you can see the beach forever. This view is available from the living area, bedroom, dining area, and kitchen. From the north side you can almost reach out and touch the cruise ships as they leave Port Canaveral. The north view is available from the kitchen and the second bedroom. The condo is very spacious and comfortable and would certainly accommodate a family with its two spacious bedrooms and two full baths. We found this unit to be convenient to many area restaurants (we love the Florida Seafood Company restaurant and Corkey Bells), shopping, entertainment and golf. It also makes a great launching pad for day trips to many of Florida's famous attractions (Disney World, Datona Speedway, Cape Canaveral, and St. Augustine, for example). We enjoyed our stay so much we will be staying again this winter.

This condo is exactly as described by the owner. The ocean view from the 7th floor is awesome! I also like that both bedrooms (not just the master) have ocean views as well. We had a perfect spot to watch the satellite launch right outside our door. The condo is very clean, nicely decorated, well-appointed, and the kitchen is fully equipped for cooking. Canaveral Port is less than ten minutes away, and has great restaurants with waterfront dining. The condo complex is beautifully maintained, and the location is ideal. It's a short walk to both Cocoa Beach Pier or Jetty Park Fishing Pier. The owner is very accessible and customer service oriented. My husband and I are looking forward to our next stay here.

We stayed 3 weeks in Dec 09' and found the condo to be very comfortable and even though it had everything we could possibly need, Mark has since added a Flat Screen TV and a large new Sofa. The King Bed is great and views of the Ocean from the Balcony & Master Bedroom are wonderful. We were fortunate to view a Delta Rocket Launch and a Nuclear Sub coming into port with the crew standing on deck. What a sight! along with watching the parade of Cruise ships. You can walk to the Jetty and get a close up view of them sailing out of Port Canaveral, you can also eat at the many Restaurants at the port and watch them go by. There was always a lot of activity on the Beach, Kite windsurfing was especially fun to watch as they sailed up & down the Beach, both on sand in the water. We had such a good time, we have reserved 2 more separate visits and are looking forward to returning to this Great GetAWay. The owner, Mark is a pleasure to deal with. Larry & Darlene
