The location was perfect, private and the beach was quiet. This was a great option for our family. I was disappointed that we could not see the sunset from our residence, and had to walk to the beach to see it. The positive is that it was a 2 minute walk. There is a group of residents in front of this townhome, which we did not realize until we arrived. That being said, this location is angled, and allows views and airflow directly from the waterfront. It does need some repairs to drawers, doors and the deck, only to secure the renter from using extra caution. Overall, I would return to this property and recommend it to anyone looking for a private, peaceful and beautiful beachfront property.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+.
