Stay on Little Hickory Island...Beautiful, fully furnished 6th floor corner condominium. See over the treetops with our breathtaking and panoramic views of all the action in Estero Bay as well as the Gulf of Mexico. Excellent waterfront location that is only a few steps across the street (through deeded access or nearby public access area) to the best sugar white sands of Bonita Beach.
Rencently remodeled and all new appliances, including washer & dryer, stove, refrigerator, microwave and countertop appliances. New 42" LCD television and a DVD player. Now you have an ipod/iphone docking station, Stereo receiver as well as a portable Radio/stereo/CD player. Tommy Bahama furniture throughout the home. Newer carpet and tile too.
Choose to read a book from our library, walk the beach looking for shells or dolphins, rent a boat at the marina next door, or simply relax on the very spacious screened - wraparound lanai watching the boat traffic. We're located close to casual dining, or jump on the "TroLee" and head north to Lover's Key State Park or Ft. Myers Beach. Naples, with all its fine restaurants and shopping is just a short drive to the south.
You can't find a better condominium complex with nicer owners and renters than at Sea Isles. Exterior and many building renovations were recently completed too!

Why the Owner Chose Sea Isles
We purchased in Bonita Beach because of the laid back atmosphere of the area, yet there are so many things to see enjoy from shopping to great restaurants to the beach, golfing and also going to see the Minnesota Twins play ball in the spring... Many of our long time friends winter in the Bonita Springs area too.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
I was in real estate for 35 years and the mantra is "Location, Location, Location" and Sea Isles is the prefect picture of location! We enjoy the incredible water and city views from our condominium, the people and the pool at Sea Isles and beach and Gulf waters are just steps across Hickory Boulevard.

Patty and I have retired to live in our lake home in central Minnesota for the summer months and we are also able to spend 3 1/2 months every winter in Bonita Springs, Florida. We have four grand children and a Cocker Spaniel to enjoy and keep us busy year 'round.

We stayed for June 2011 in this lovely condo. Excellent views of water and wildlife. Well equiped kitchen everything you could need and good quality equipment. We found the beach cart ideal for taking the beach chairs and parasol plus cooler for the 1 minute walk to the beach. The condo was very clean on our arrival. I will be returning to stay here in the future just like previous renters.

A beautiful condo in a superb location, easy walk to wonderful beach, and back bay for fishing. Condo was well looked after and the garden, pool etc. were fabulous. Owner really helpful and the other residents on sie at our vacation time were really friendly and gave us lots of recommendations for places to eat and things to do. See you next year!

During the last 13 months, we have stayed here for 4 of them. Nice, clean, quiet and a very good service from the owners. No problem to recommend this place to anyone.

This is the fourth year we have spent a part of the winter at Sea Isles and we are looking forward to next year. The views from the condo are spectacular and the location on the bay across the road from the Gulf is ideal. The condo is spacious, clean and open to the environment. A walking/biking path runs in front of the condo and a wide variety of restaurants, shops and parks are nearby. Boat and kayak rentals are available next to Sea Isles and at other nearby locations. The owners are very accessible and quite responsive. This year they asked us for suggestions for upgrades/modifications to the condo and each of the things we mentioned in March have already been completed by mid April. We highly recommend Sea Isles as a place to relax and enjoy fun in the sun.

My wife & I spent 2 months at Sea Isles last fall. This unit and its owners can be summed up in a word - CLASS ! We are going back for 2 months this fall. We have stayed in other units in Sea Isles. I think this unit is one of the nicest. Compared to other properties in the area, Sea Isles is very desirable. From the posh furniture and decorations to the wonderfully appointed kitchen to the breathtaking views there is really nothing lacking. The VRBO description is accurate! Great pool, nice residents, quiet atmosphere, unspoiled beach. Sea Isles is extremely well-maintained and is in a quiet, safe location. As good as it gets!!!!!
