We spend a weekend with five dads at this place for our annual ski trip. The house is in horrible condition, sofa in living room is in multiple pieces, beds are shabby and mattresses are dirty. Some of the items seems to have been thrown from the second floor into the living room and then were just placed back upstairs… First thing for us to do was to take out our tools and fix the foosball table, dining table and other furniture in the house. The only good aspect is the location close to the ski resort, but we all felt lucky that our wives did not join us. They would have not spend a night in this house.

8 guys from our church rented this property last week for a staff planning retreat. I'm sure this was a great place at one time, but it's current condition reminds me more of a well-used college fraternity than a family vacation home. We chose this rental based off the good rate and great reviews. From the pics listed by the owner, this used to be a nice chalet. However, be warned that the current condition of this rental does not match the pictures. Just about everything (excluding the TVs, vcr, pool and fuseball table) was broken or in serious need of repair. The house was in need of a serious cleaning and there were mouse droppings everywhere. A gaping hole in the flue, that a downstairs wood stove had previously filled, allowed cold air to pour into the downstairs and made using the fireplace upstairs an impossibility. The disrepair of this property caused us to shake our heads at the lack of attention by the owners. Our stay was rough, even though most of us were just spending the night. Our Pastor, however, was there all week and had a long list of experiences to report. The owners need to update this property before I would consider it family-friendly.

4 families used this place for a cheap vacation this summer as we are going thru some bad times. For what we paid, i think we go the value. Lof of spaces, lakes in the community for kids, pool table, big screen TV and firepit for adults. We had every thing to enjoy our week.

We did our family get together here during past week where folks came from all over US. House is very close to Ski slopes and had some nice options for indoor like pool table and TV. Also enjoyed the fire pit at night. Has lot of space for a big family like ours.

This was my first time renting vacation rental house but fortunately it worked out great as I have heard some horror stories. We stayed in the property past weekend with my brother's and my family. We loved the location as it is very near to slopes. Property has lot of stuff to keep yourself engaged.

The location was perfect for me since I have children in NYC, NJ. It took all of us less than two hours to get to the place. It is very convenient with stores, supermarket nearby. The most attractive thing was the pond with lots of big fish-my two brothers and all my children love to go fishing-they stayed on the pond side from morning till night. Even the little kids experienced catching the big fish.
