Beautiful Captiva Island awaits you! - Captiva Island Rental House Welcome to our newly built luxury vacation home paradise located on world famous Captiva Island, appropriately named "Bellativa" or "Beautiful Captiva". This incredible, spacious, designer appointed luxury home will offer you and your family an opportunity to create many years of wonderful memories. Beach is 25 yards from your door step and offers the white sandy beaches that Captiva Island is famous for. When you arrive you will be greeted by the inviting coolness of the private kidney shaped stone pool with fountain spilling from the hot tub into the pool. The ground floor has an entertaining room that opens out onto the pool. This room is also equipped with a 42" flat screen T.V. and exotic furnishings that make this a wonderful place for everyone to enjoy. There are 4 bedrooms and 4.5 baths with additional media room containing state of the art video/audio and surround sound entertainment. This room also contains a sleeper sofa and double doors that afford privacy. The large living room opens up with 24 foot ceilings and inviting fireplace. Oversized Palladian windows look out onto the path to the beach. Sleeping arrangements are very comfortable in this massive home. The master has a king size bed and wet bar with refrigerator. The elevator opens directly into the master bedroom and French doors lead out to the private patio. The master bath is directly off the bedroom and contains a large Jacuzzi tub with separate stone tile shower. Two additional suites are furnished w/Queen beds w/private baths. Two full beds accomodate the 4th bedroom/suite. Gourmet kitchen contains a six burner Monogram Chef's stove, warming drawer, double side by side refrigerator, trash compactor, granite and tumbled marble countertops. The open floor plan allows additional seating at the kitchen counter and opens into the dining room so that your chef can create culinary delights while entertaining your quests. The dining room has a separate wet bar with chilled wine cabinet and custom cabinetry. The famous "Mucky Duck" and "Bubble Room" restaurants are within walking distance so upon arrival, you can park your car in the 2.5 car garage and walk to most of your destinations.
