(Access to these amenities, including golf, tennis courts, swimming pool, sauna, steam room, hot tub and open space is available to our guests.)
During the winter months the living room view is directly at the ski runs on Bald Mountain!! PLUS Sun Valley’s groomed 36 mile bike path turns into a fantastic winter cross country path. The bike path is adjacent to the property for summer riding, skating and walking.
The main level offer lots of windows/natural light, soft colors and a library/den area for computer work, reading or writing. The living room is open with tall ceiling lines, comfortable furnishings and dining area with room for six. Brand new kitchen with beautiful ceramic counter tops, all new appliances, lots of counter space and ready for cooking! This home offers large windows which overlook the deck and yard.
