This beautiful 3500 sf 3 story home is located just a half block and a 2 minute stroll to a private beach entrance. The house offers plenty of space to enjoy company or some separate quiet time.
Enjoy the 3rd floor game room with pool table, darts, x box, wii game, separate tv sitting area and card table for board and card games. there are also air hockey and foosball tables for your enjoyment
It will sleep up to 14 comfortably with two king and two queen bedrooms along with a queen futon beds,sofa sleeper as well as a two window seat youth beds.
There are 4 full baths, two fully equipped kitchens as well as 2 washers and dryers and 2 natural gas grills. Wireless high speed internet and I-Pod player is also available in the house.
A separate dining area with a beautiful 11 foot glass dining table will seat 10-12 people. The adjoining kitchen will also seat 7 people.
There is also a high chair, portable crib, and stroller available.
There are 3 large living room areas and over 1000 sq ft of baconies with plenty of deck chairs. From the viewing/party/sunning third floor deck you can see the Gulf of Mexico and have a bird's eye view of the surrounding beach areas. Pets are NOT allowed, No Smoking.
Beach chairs, rolling cooler and a beach wagon for easy transportation to the beach are available.
The home is in a private gated community. ONE OF THE TWO COMMUNITY POOLS IS RIGHT ACROSS THE STREET JUST 100 FEET FROM THE FRONT DOOR. You are a short stroll to the most beautiful white beach in Florida and a private owners entrance.
Florida's largest outlet mall is two miles away and several golf courses are close by. It is located right in the heart of the Destin Beaches with excellent dining and is the ideal place to relax, enjoy, and treat yourself to a memorable vacation.

The pros: Large, spacious home with plenty of room for two families. Beds were comfortable and clean. The window beds were nice for the kids. Beach toys, towels, chairs, etc were all readily available for us in the garage. Kitchen was fully equipped with any sort of pot, pan, or tool we needed (including BBQ tools). The house was across the street from the heated community pool (the heated part turned out to be critical for our early March trip). The cons: There was only one bathtub, the 3rd floor King. This was tough since we had two families with kids that required baths. If you don't have small children, this wouldn't be an issue. The Wii didn't work (we brought lots of Wii games with us, and this could have really helped on the rainy days, but we tried tirelessly and could not get it to function.) The cable package only had HD for the local channels, this was a complaint again due to the rain and the basketball tournaments. There weren't any dressers in either of the master bedrooms, this made it tough to unpack. Finally, there are no bathrooms on the beach. Suggestion for improvement: deep clean the area rugs and the ceramic floors. The area rugs were covered with cat or dog hair and our feet were black from walking around on the tile floors.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children.

We stayed at this house the second week in August 2011. We had a large group, and there was plenty of space in the house for everyone. The owners are wonderful to work with and very trustworthy. They provide everything you need for the week - from toilet paper and towels to board games and kitchen supplies. The house is absolutely beautiful! It is a very short walk to the beach, and just across the road from the community pool. The neighborhood is safe and within a short drive to everything Destin has to offer. It is in a gated community, and the streets in the neighborhood are not busy at all. The house is very clean and has beautiful furnishings. I really can't list a single complaint about the place. There are three different livingroom areas to relax, and two full kitchens. Each bedroom has a private bathroom. There is an attached garage to store your beach items. Even though we had a very large group, it didn't feel like we were crowded at all. Destin is an amazing place to visit. If we are able to return next year, I'm hoping to be able to stay in this house again. Thanks to the owners for allowing us to stay in their home for the week!Did you find this review helpful? This is by far our favorite house! The owners were absolutely fantastic in communicating with us and truly cared about our comfort. The gameroom was an extra bonus and kept the kids occupied. The 3 floors insured that we all had privacy when we wanted it. The kitchen has everything you could ever need and the grill on the 3rd floor was great and offered beautiful views. The walk to the beach was short and easy. We will definitely be returning again and again!Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

My extended family of 10 (three families) stayed at this house in mid July 2011. We had plenty of room, with 3 floors each family literally had a floor to themselves. The kitchens are well stocked with every cooking utensil/pan you could need. The whole house (including bathrooms) was clean and well stocked with beach essentials: beach chairs, umbrellas, surf boards and more. The pictures for this listing are very accurate and the owner was very nice and helpful with a list of activities/attractions and restaurants. It was a great house and I would diffenitly recommend this house to my family and friends. We are already talking about staying there again next year. To the owners, THANK YOU for sharing your home with us.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

The listing for this home don't do it justice! It's a wonderful place for families, with every comfort imaginable. Our family of twelve, ranging in ages from nine months to sixty-somethings just spent an incredible week together here. There's plenty of room for getting together, and privacy when you want it. We watched 4th of July fireworks from the third floor balcony, seeing all the excitement up and down the beach for miles. The amenities are far beyond anything we've experienced elsewhere, plenty of dishes, pots & pans, beach chairs and such. The built in ice-maker was very nice, and two washers/dryers were very handy with kids in our crowd. We can't say enough good things about this home. It helped us make memories that will be with us for a long time!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.
