We are Grand Parents who raised our children here in Newport Beach, our son went to Harbor High School and our grandchildren go to Newport Elementary (that school you ride your bike by on the beach). We live on the property and can take care of your needs with a level of service and knowledge of the area, that a Management Company cannot provide!

Great Newport Beach Vacation Rental

Our vacation in Newport Beach was perfect. There was always something for everyone to do and the accommodations were better than we could have imagined. Our "home" was well appointed, big enough for the nine of us to not be running into each other, close to the best part of the beach and all the action, but in a location that offered privacy when we wanted it. And the 2-car garage parking was a lifesaver! Mark and Kim were so easy to work with and their home so reasonably priced. This was our 3rd year staying in Newport Beach, and this property by far was our favorite location. Our goal is to make this an annual vacation with family and friends.

WE HAVE STAYED ON MARK AND KIM POUNDS PROPERTIES FOR THE LAST FOUR YEARS. WE STAY ONE TO TWO WEEKS AT A TIME WITH OUR TEENAGE CHILDREN.
