Fabulous views from the master bedroom, living room and large lanai looking across the 10th and 18th fairways to the ocean and the islands of Molokai and Lanai. (No roof tops to look over). Breathtaking sunsets year around. The ocean air is wonderful and the whales (in season) captivating to watch, all this along with the gentle trade winds which lend a peaceful tranquility to our 1330 sq. ft. Maui home. Morning coffee on the lanai, listening to the birds is a wonderful way to ease into a Maui day.
Our very spacious one bedroom, two full baths golf villa, is a single level with no stairs required to enter. The Villa is FULLY AIR CONDITIONED. It has been totally remodeled and beautifully furnished Hawaiian style. Granite counter tops in the kitchen, limestone tile floors throughout, glass block in bathroom. Handy washer and dryer in one of the baths. Many of the walls are adorned with art work from local and internationally known artists. HD TV to enjoy in the evenings. This shows the hand of professional design throughout. Everything was done with exquisite taste and class. Our golf villa is classified as a "gold" unit (if it were in the Kapalua Resort rental program). We do not charge a resort fee.
Our guests may enjoy discounted golf at the Kapalua Plantation Championship Golf course (home of the PGA Hyundai Championship Tournament) and the Kapalua Bay Course.
Our Villa is a few minutes walk to the Peter Burwash tennis complex, the Kapalua Mountain Adventure Center and Kapalua Bay beach, rated by Conde Naste as one of the top 10 beaches in the world. If you prefer not to walk, FREE KAPALUA SHUTTLE SERVICE is available. The Kapalua free shuttle will also pick you up at the West Maui Kapalua airport if you do not fly into Kahului.
The main swimming pool and BBQ grills are 100 feet from the front door. There are 3 other pools within the Golf Villa complex.
Our friends from Canada have free telephone service included to tell their friends back home how much they are enjoying themselves, especially in the "cooler" months in Canada.

Why the Owner Chose Kapalua Golf Villas
The Golf Villas were our choice at Kapalua because of the view and privacy. We are protected from the infamous Kapalua winds that can come up. Yet we get the benefit of the breezes. Our Villa especially, sets back from the fairway, so it is quiet, except for the birds singing. No other Villa can see into our Villa. We start our day with breakfastt on the lanai.The Villa gets a full sunset view of Lanai, Molokai, and the ocean, so that is where we beverage or dinner and relax. Our Villa is one level with no steps to enter.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
We enjoy our morning walks on the Kapalua trails, our daily swim (ocean or pool) and golf or tennis. The easy stroll to the beach (5 minutes the way Lori walks). There is a wonderful assortment of restaurants within Kapalua from a Aloha plate to sushi to high end, all within walking, shuttle or driving distance. When we want to feel like tourists, we drive about 5 miles to Kaanapali and catch the crowds, shops, etc. Lahaina town is 10 miles away for Art night, the movies, and all the other shopping, restaurants, entertainment needs.
Our Villa is on the front row. No obstructions or other Villas to look over.

We have traveled the world and we always say that Kapalua is the most beautiful and safest place on earth where you can drink the water. The Aloha spirit lives here. This is our home when we are not on the mainland visiting our Grandchildren. We kept the Villa to our selves after we purchased it and totally rebuilt it, furnishing with designer selections and appointments. About 4 years ago we started sharing our Villa and allowing our "guests" to experience some of the pleasure we enjoy here.
All the amentities of our home are available to our guests.

Another wonderful trip to the paradise we love, Kapalua. Our experience at the "Lori and Fred" golf villa was as special as it gets. Very beautifully appointed villa with all the comforts of home. The collection of artwork throughout the villa enhances the island experience and creates a perfect island setting. The efficient, well equipped kitchen provides lovely dishes for meal service. All linens and bath towels are high quality and again coordinated. This villa is even more lovely than the photos convey because of the vista it provides. The lanai is perfect from sunrise to sunset with comfortable furniture. This is an extremely quiet location, very close to the main swimming pool and golf villa office. From the lanai we were able to watch whales splashing in the ocean and golfers playing up the 10th fairway at the same time. Remarkable sunsets and ocean views from the bedroom as well. The villa was cleaned with great detail on our arrival, and we had the feeling of arriving at a 5 star hotel. Lori and Fred were gracious and helpful in every way. Extremely nice inside and out. This condo has everything you need. We love Maui and would definitely stay here again. Walking distance to beach and golf. Short driving to town and restaurants. The atmosphere is laid back and always warm and sunny weather. I especially enjoyed the small details of the condo ( beach mat, swim fins and chip clips). Thank you for letting us rent your place. My family just returned from our second stay in this lovely golf villa. We have visited Kapalua over 12 times over the years. We chose to stay in this villa for the second time for the location, cost, covered parking, single level, walking access to golf course, tennis club, beaches, and multiple restaurants. The home is beautifully decorated in a comfortable Hawaiian motif and is spotless. The owners told us that the a/c was new but we never needed to turn it on. The breeze from the covered lanai overlooking the Bay golf course was sufficient at all times. There are partial views of the islands of Molokai and Lanai. The owners are eager to help and offer suggestions. Strongly recommended.

This was our fifth time to vacation on Maui. Our first on the west side. Fred and Lori's condo exceeded our expectations. Clean and well maintained condo Lovely art decor. Their information on the area and activities was very helpful. We enjoyed our ten day visit and will return.

Fred and Lori's villa is very clean and tastefully decorated. The paintings by local artists are beautiful. Morning swims at the pool and coffee on the lanai were a perfect way to start the day. The view from the lanai is spectacular! The swimming and snorkeling at Napili Bay and Honolua Bay is awesome! Dining out at Duke's, Mamma's and The Pineapple Grill (great wine list) were all excellent. We would definately return and highly recommend this villa to friends and family. Mahalo Fred and Lori.

My husband and I were very happy choosing Fred & Lori's villa. It was much more than we expected. Very clean and beautifully decorated. We had no questions since they provided us with all the info. My husband played at 3 different golf courses and his favorite was Kapalua. We enjoyed the coastal & ridge trails. Great way to see the area. We did BBQ and swim in 3 of the 4 pools. As far as dining out, our 2 favorite restaurants were Mama's Fish House and Merriman's. We highly recommend this villa and hope to return ourselves one day to stay 2 weeks instead of 1. Mahalo Fred & Lori for making our week a memorable one.

This is the second time my wife and I have stayed at Fred and Lori’s golf villa and we absolutely loved it! Fred and Lori are fully involved throughout the process of renting their villa. They answered questions that we had and provided information and suggestions for dining and activities that made out stay even better than we had anticipated. During our stay we had a question about the villa and Fred responded right away to help us. The villa is just as described in the listing. It is beautifully decorated, well maintained and INCREDIBLY CLEAN! The villa has tile floors throughout which keeps it cool and makes it easy to maintain during the stay. I have stayed in other Kapalua golf villas that have carpet and I this is a much better look and feel. If you’re looking for and quite, upscale place this is a perfect fit for you. It’s also a short 15 minute drive to Lahaina for shopping and loads of restaurants. Thanks Fred and Lori for making our 19th anniversary an incredible experience.

This was my 'Bucket List' vacation....we could not have had a better place from which to spring from and do all of the things we had set out to do! The condo is so comfortable...set in a beautiful place...with spectactular views from the Living Room, Lanai, and Bedroom! We were treated with outstanding recommendations for dining and activities which made our visit all the more enjoyable. Our highest recommendation......can't wait to come back!
