We could not have asked for a more beautiful place to stay for our first trip to Maui! Fred and Lori have added special touches throughout their villa to ensure that your stay is nothing less than perfect! The guests feel special from the luxurious linens, to the impressive artwork and decor to the well equipped kitchen! Their lanai is so spacious and private with views of the golf course and ocean ...not to mention the stunning sunsets! You will find all you need to pack a picnic lunch to take while exploring or beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards and snorkel equipment for trips to the beach. The location of this villa is within walking distance to breathtaking beaches and local eateries. We were able to explore so much of Maui with our rental car and at the end of the day it was so nice to head back to our lovely villa! We would highly recommend anyone looking for top-notch accommodations with fantastic owners who truly show pride of ownership to choose this villa! We spent 14 memorable nights here and hope to get back someday to this special paradise in Kapalua!

Beautiful Kapalua

I decided to stay in a condo instead of a hotel/resort for a quiet relaxing vacation. I was very pleased with this condo the minute I walked through the front door. Nice decor with all the amenities I needed. Even the artwork was impressive. The lanai was large and I spent many hours out there enjoying the view of Molokai and the ocean. On a golf course, so the view of the ocean is beyond one of the fairways. Very quiet complex when I went in July. Kapalua is a beautiful area with easy access to amazing snorkeling spots, beaches and restaurants; but a car is needed to fully enjoy the that part of Maui. The owners are friendly and obviously take great pride of their property. They called me shortly after my arrival to make sure everything was to my expectations. I enjoyed my stay and look forward to going back. Mahalo Lori and Fred

My wife and I stayed here for 8 nights. Beautiful, comfortable apartment with a magnificent view of golf course and the ocean beyond. Impeccably clean; well-functioning utilities and air conditioning. Virtually everything (except food and wine) provided, even beach chairs & umbrellas. Reserved parking space protected from the sun and a swimming pool nearby. Definitely a great value! The renters are friendly and helpful. Gotta love it!

Another wonderful trip to the paradise we love, Kapalua. Our experience at the "Lori and Fred" golf villa was as special as it gets. Very beautifully appointed villa with all the comforts of home. The collection of artwork throughout the villa enhances the island experience and creates a perfect island setting. The efficient, well equipped kitchen provides lovely dishes for meal service. All linens and bath towels are high quality and again coordinated. This villa is even more lovely than the photos convey because of the vista it provides. The lanai is perfect from sunrise to sunset with comfortable furniture. This is an extremely quiet location, very close to the main swimming pool and golf villa office. From the lanai we were able to watch whales splashing in the ocean and golfers playing up the 10th fairway at the same time. Remarkable sunsets and ocean views from the bedroom as well. The villa was cleaned with great detail on our arrival, and we had the feeling of arriving at a 5 star hotel. Lori and Fred were gracious and helpful in every way. We thank them and hope to visit again before long. Mahalo

Extremely nice inside and out. This condo has everything you need. We love Maui and would definitely stay here again. Walking distance to beach and golf. Short driving to town and restaurants. The atmosphere is laid back and always warm and sunny weather. I especially enjoyed the small details of the condo ( beach mat, swim fins and chip clips). Thank you for letting us rent your place. My family just returned from our second stay in this lovely golf villa. We have visited Kapalua over 12 times over the years. We chose to stay in this villa for the second time for the location, cost, covered parking, single level, walking access to golf course, tennis club, beaches, and multiple restaurants. The home is beautifully decorated in a comfortable Hawaiian motif and is spotless. The owners told us that the a/c was new but we never needed to turn it on. The breeze from the covered lanai overlooking the Bay golf course was sufficient at all times. There are partial views of the islands of Molokai and Lanai. The owners are eager to help and offer suggestions. Strongly recommended.

This was our fifth time to vacation on Maui. Our first on the west side. Fred and Lori's condo exceeded our expectations. Clean and well maintained condo Lovely art decor. Their information on the area and activities was very helpful. We enjoyed our ten day visit and will return.

My husband and I were very happy choosing Fred & Lori's villa. It was much more than we expected. Very clean and beautifully decorated. We had no questions since they provided us with all the info. My husband played at 3 different golf courses and his favorite was Kapalua. We enjoyed the coastal & ridge trails. Great way to see the area. We did BBQ and swim in 3 of the 4 pools. As far as dining out, our 2 favorite restaurants were Mama's Fish House and Merriman's. We highly recommend this villa and hope to return ourselves one day to stay 2 weeks instead of 1. Mahalo Fred & Lori for making our week a memorable one.

Fred and Lori's villa is very clean and tastefully decorated. The paintings by local artists are beautiful. Morning swims at the pool and coffee on the lanai were a perfect way to start the day. The view from the lanai is spectacular! The swimming and snorkeling at Napili Bay and Honolua Bay is awesome! Dining out at Duke's, Mamma's and The Pineapple Grill (great wine list) were all excellent. We would definately return and highly recommend this villa to friends and family. Mahalo Fred and Lori.

This is the second time my wife and I have stayed at Fred and Lori’s golf villa and we absolutely loved it! Fred and Lori are fully involved throughout the process of renting their villa. They answered questions that we had and provided information and suggestions for dining and activities that made out stay even better than we had anticipated. During our stay we had a question about the villa and Fred responded right away to help us. The villa is just as described in the listing. It is beautifully decorated, well maintained and INCREDIBLY CLEAN! The villa has tile floors throughout which keeps it cool and makes it easy to maintain during the stay. I have stayed in other Kapalua golf villas that have carpet and I this is a much better look and feel. If you’re looking for and quite, upscale place this is a perfect fit for you. It’s also a short 15 minute drive to Lahaina for shopping and loads of restaurants. Thanks Fred and Lori for making our 19th anniversary an incredible experience.

This was my 'Bucket List' vacation....we could not have had a better place from which to spring from and do all of the things we had set out to do! The condo is so comfortable...set in a beautiful place...with spectactular views from the Living Room, Lanai, and Bedroom! We were treated with outstanding recommendations for dining and activities which made our visit all the more enjoyable. Our highest recommendation......can't wait to come back!

Fantastic Villa! We spent a week at Fred and Lori’s villa in early December and truly enjoyed it. The villa was everything advertised and more. Not only was it immaculately clean, it was extremely well appointed and the kitchen and bathrooms were stocked with every need. Fred and Lori were responsive and helpful at every turn. We particularly enjoyed the lanai and the stunning sunsets. We would certainly stay there again and would highly recommend your villa to anyone staying in Maui.

We could not have found a better villa or more accommodating owners. With a distant view of the islands of Lanai and Molokai and the Pacific Ocean between, we were treated to two weeks of magnificent sunsets from the villa’s balcony lanai. The villa was completely equipped, modernly upgraded and very comfortable. The entire development was tidy, beautifully landscaped and the three pools were well maintained. The snorkeling equipment that the owners supplied was an unexpected bonus and we enjoyed many hours in the ocean at close-by Kapalua Bay beach. Public parking at all the resort’s beaches was tight so go in early morning or late afternoon. All in all we really enjoyed our Hawaiian vacation at this beautiful golf course villa.

Wonderful villa in Kapalua

We stayed here for 7 nights in late August and enjoyed the accommodations thoroughly. The villa is not only modern and updated, but it is clearly "cared for." We were in Maui for a family reunion and saw 3 other villas in the same complex and this one was superior to all of them. For two people, there is more than enough space and we were fine even with our 2 year old. The unit had sufficient kitchen items, beach toys/gear, etc. You can use the Kapalua shuttle to go everywhere on the resort property. It's a relaxing 10" walk to the "general store" where you can pick up snacks, coffee, etc. Also 10" walk to the Bay Course pro shop, Pineapple Grill restaurant, etc. Overall, we'd come back to Fred and Lori's place in a heartbeat and we appreciate them making us feel very welcome.

We had a wonderful time in this villa. Fred and Lori were very helpful as we worked out the details of the rental. The unit was clean, modern, comfortable , and located in the heart of Kapalua. We walked the trails each morning after breakfast, then headed to the beach for snorkeling. We cooked all but one night, then watched the sunset with a glass of wine. The AC worked efficiently, and we turned it on when we needed it. The kitchen was well equipped and easy to clean up. The bedroom was perfect us, and the lanai had a great view. Thanks!

Thank you Fred and Lori! My husband and I will always have such fantastic memories of our stay in your villa. The peace and quiet, the privacy, the sunsets and the walks down to the beach - all of it was just fantastic! We arrived at lunchtime so we ate at Mama's, like you recommended. Then we picked up groceries at Safeway before heading to the villa. We enjoyed cooking our own meals, packing picnics to take on our hikes and grilling out by the pool. We used the boogie boards, the beach towels and the snorkel gear and we even read a few books from your book collection. We really appreciated being able to unpack and feel at home. It was even better than I expected and we were actually disappointed when we checked out to finish our stay at the Ritz, where our friends were getting married. The Ritz was so wonderful but I have to admit that we preferred staying at your villa. We will definitely be recommending your villa to our friends and family and look forward to returning ourselves. We spent 5 weeks in Fred and Lori's beautiful condo. The views from the lanai outstanding and decor and beds very comfortable. The apartment was squeakly clean and well appointed with all the little extras such a spices, condiments, laundry soap. These usually are not provided when renting from a management company and very much appreciated. Also internet connection and great tv channels available. The restaurants such as the Pineapple grill and Merrimans were within walking distance and very good. The shuttle service in the complex convenient. (They took us to the Kapalua airport and return pick up after a short 3 day trip to Oahu. It was wonderful not to have to take our car to the airport.) Walking the coast trail each morning before breakfast was also a treat. Evening sunset drinks and dinners on the lanai will always be remembered fondly. Lori and Fred thanks for making all our transactions and our holiday so easy and enjoyable. If you planning a trip to Kapalua this is definitely the place to stay.It is a home away from home. My husband and I have stayed in this condo two times (so far). The first was during our honeymoon. We loved it so much that we decided to return to Maui for our anniversary and of course our first thought was to stay in Fred and Lori's condo again. The location is great, the views are beautiful and the condo is beautifully decorated!! We plan on making Maui a regular vacation spot, and we plan on making Fred and Lori's condo a regular as well.

2nd time staying in this lovely Villa, and even better this time. Beautifully presented with new furniture, fittings, art work and up to date decor. The Owners have done a wonderful job. Internet link, AirCon, & fans make for a pleasant living environment. Great outlook over 10th fairway of Bay course. Owners' notes provide plenty of useful hints for enjoying Kapalua incl great eat out spots. Thanks for letting us use it again.

We had a wonderful time in Maui! We were celebrating our 10th anniversary and were in Maui the first part of April. The condominium exceeded our expectations. Fred and Lori were also extremely helpful. They gave us great dining recommendations, suggested activities, and arranged a tee time for my husband. We really appreciated the extra step. My wife and I just got back yesterday from our trip to Maui. We had a great time and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Fred and Lori's condo. We were celebrating our 15th anniversary and were looking for a place that was upscale and had a great location. This condo did it for us. We have stayed in Kapalua 3 times now and this was by far the best condo we have rented. The condo was extremely clean and decorated beautifully! Fred was also a big help with several questions I had and he provided us with information on Kapalua to help us enjoy our stay. I would recommend this condo to anyone! Thank you Fred & Lori.

My wife and I returned on May 4th 2007 from Fred and Lori's beautiful Maui condo. We were so pleased with both the scenic location and luxurious appointments of this unit. It is well above and beyond what you'd normally expect at this price. Fred and Lori were a delight to work with. My wife left $5000 worth of jewelry by accident in the safe (yes there is one) and they worked with their cleaning lady, who went out of her way to get it back to her, much to her relief. We found their local suggestions to be very helpful and we loved Okayzuya's which they recommended. It was a perfect 8 days and we wish it could of been longer. We would definately rent this unit again.

Kapalua offers the best golf on Maui and Fred and Lori's condo is one of the best values you will find. This unit is well equipped, recently updated and tastefully decorated. It is conveniently located across from the largest of the 4 pools and enjoys unobstructed views of the ocean and sunsets, just beyond the 10th and 18th fairways of the Bay course. Our one regret is that 2 weeks just wasn't long enough.

My fiance and I, or should I say my wife and I, just returned home from Fred & Lori's Villa. We had such a great time that we decided to get married on the beach below the villa in beautiful Kapalua Bay. I've been to Maui several times but this was Julie's first and we both loved the Villa. The location, views of the ocean and golf course and the thoughtful amenities exceeded our expectations. We loved that we didn't have to rent or travel with any additional gear for the beach. This villa has it all! Thanks to Fred & Lori for a super easy process in renting and for providing us with such a fantastic location! This was our first trip to Maui and boy are we spoiled! Very nice accommodations with beautiful sunset views from the lanai! Covered parking was also very nice. We're typically very picky travelers and usually stay in 4 or 5 star hotels and this villa exceeded our typical hotel experience. The whole rental process with Fred & Lori was pain-free, very timely and they provided great dining and activity suggestions. Kapalua is gorgeous and after touring the entire island, was definitely our top choice for a private, luxurious getaway. We enjoyed Kapalua Bay beach and found it very thoughtful that beach gear (towels, mats, umbrellas, etc.) were provided at the villa. This villa is definitely "as advertised" and we would not hesitate to stay here again. Thanks to Fred & Lori for sharing their Maui home with us!

My husband and I have been to Maui many times, and this is easily the nicest place we ever stayed. Not only is Kapalua beautiful and quiet, the condo is absolutely gorgeous. We drove all over the island but decided that Kapalua Bay is the best beach as well. We cannot say anything other than---"This golf villa is absolutely gorgeous and has the most magnificent ocean and bay course views that we've had the pleasure of experiencing! The accomodating ammenities are also top notch. My hubby and I loved it so much that we would definitely enjoy staying here again. It's super close to the clubhouse and easily within walking distance to both the Coconut Grove & Ritz Carlton beaches. There's even a general store closeby that serves coffee, breakfast & lunch along with stocking all of the necessary sundries, drinks and munchies you may need in a pinch. We love the Golf Villas at Kapalua and in our 10yrs. of visiting this region of the island we clearly found this unit to have the most accommodating features!

We thoroughly enjoyed our recent vacation in Maui. What made abig difference was staying in beautiful accomadations. It was tastefully decorated with local art, nice updated kitchen, great lanai-loved having our morning coffee(with the birds too) and our evening cocktails there. Nice updated bathrooms-one for each of us! great large master bedroom with lanai and big closet. Very conveniently located, walk to the beach, general store, etc. We did not want to come back home. We definitely want to come back to this Villa.
