This beautiful paradise beach cottage is located on a Beach Front Property in Sunset Beach, a unique community.
A wonderful one-mile long small town, with year around events, and close to many attractions, but nestled away on a beautiful uncrowded white sandy beach. Its name gives away our secret of breath taking sunsets and views of Catalina Island.
Over 50 years ago our family built this elegant yet comfortable upstairs hideaway. Askew from the front beach house, it has it’s own magnificent picture window and balcony overlooking a lush tropical garden and the Pacific Ocean. If you venture from your vaulted ceiling oasis, down the stairs, you will find your own private walkway just steps to the sand (27 to be exact). Upon your return - enjoy the outdoor shower with endless hot water.
