Rick, Wanted to let you know our stay in your condo during Christmas was great. Your pictures and description of everything was right on the money. The security guard's at the guarded gate were a great help to us when we arrived late on Christmas eve, all staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool was great and the kids loved the covered slide. It was very nice having a washer and dryer. Would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone with or without kids to stay here.

We were very happy with this rental unit. very tastefully decorated and clean. minimum pots and pans for cooking but we made due.very secluded and quiet on our patio. The bunk beds in the kids room is very squeaky,maybe just needs tightening? the complex itself was beautiful, although the pool was closed twice due to "an accident". It is truelly near all the parks and shopping.The owner was very nice to deal with. The management company that handles the condo could have been warmer and friendlier.

Owner response:The bunk bed has since been replaced with an "all wood" (no squeaks) top of the line quality, and very sturdy and safe bunk bed (see pictures on website). I am 6' 3" 210 pounds and it even accommodates me just fine! I have moved to a new management company, and they are a family team who provides exemplary service and are truly professional, responsive, and a joy to deal with. In 5+ years, it is extremely rare that the pool would close, and is well taken care of, very clean, and always heated year round!

We had a lovely time at the condo. It felt like home to our family. The location was so convenient, and the pool area was well maintained. It was a little confusing when we first arrived in the dark that the condo building has two different addresses and the exact same unit number in both buildings. We had a wonderful time!

Rick: Just wanted to drop you a note and let you know that our family had a great vacation last week. We would definitely stay there again. It was clean, secure, and just a beautiful place filled with tons of nice families visiting from all over the world. The only things I forgot to pack were beach towels for the pool. We loved Universal Studios and Disney (although I think my boys all love Universal a lot more - I liked seeing Mickey and the princesses, not sure if they were as excited.) What a beautiful area Kissimmee is!! Thanks for all your advice and for renting us the condo - we loved coming "home" every night and sleeping in our separate rooms - rather than all sharing one room with two beds. My boys especially loved the bunk beds and having their own tv - I told them not to get attached to the tv in the bedroom! Ha!! If you ever have any specials or anything like that in the future, please let us know - we are already thinking about where we want to go next spring or summer!! Happy Father's Day!! Jeff & Julie

We absolutely loved the condo and Windsor Hills! Would definitely love to stay there again and highly recommend this condo.It is beautifully decorated, very clean and just a short walk to the beautiful pool.Our son loved going for a swim at night after a day at the parks. Really enjoyed the screened in lanai.Windor Hills is a very short drive to Disney and the grocery store. Very convenient! Great security as well as staff at Windsor Hills. We highly recommend staying here!!

Hi Rick, For the second year in a row, we had a wonderful Orlando vacation and superb accomodations in your condo. Thank you so much for everything. We really enjoyed the space the condo offered - much better than staying in a hotel room. And, the kitchen is stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals, rather than going out to dinner. We haven't been home a week yet, and the children already want to know if we will be going back to "our condo" for a Christmas vacation next year!! Rick, We had a wonderful time at your condo in WH ! I have raved about it to all my family and friends. I've also sent several folks the link to your website. Of course, my daughter absolutely loved her bedroom. She's never had bunkbeds or her own tv/dvd player - so she was in heaven! We could hardly pull her off the slide at the pool. I was very leary about making the decision to stay offsite and use VRBO. But this was the most "bang for the buck" that I could have gotten anywhere. We will definitely look you up in the future. Thanks again for dealing with us to let us come in an extra day early. We did Disney a few years ago. This trip we took the change to visit Universal Studios / Seaworld / and Typhoon Lagoon. October is an excellent month to visit Orlando.. the crowds are so light. Steven D.

Rick We had a "Magical" holiday, the temperature was just right and the parks were very quiet, so no queuing. Also our girls 9+7 absolutely loved it, they liked the rides to be as fast, scaring and stomach churning as possible !! plus they still loved the character's, getting autographs and having their pictures taken. To top it all we did the Discovery Cove experience and swam with the dolphins, a memory they will have with them forever, it was truly a tremendous experience. As for the condo, it was also fantastic, so much space and beautifully decorated, we really enjoyed the little time you get to relax ! in a very cosy, comfortable environment. Hi Rick- We had a wonderful time in your condo. After an eventful ride there, it was so nice to get to the condo and all of the descriptions and pictures were a reality. We felt pleasantly at home. From a parents view with two young children, the highchair and crib were a huge selling point. The kitchen was well stocked. Maybe a few more kitchen trash bags would have been nice. Just returned from Rick's Place. It is a nicely done, two-bedroom, two bath (one tub/shower, one shower), ground level, with private screened porch. Lots of room compared to a hotel; quiet and easily accessed due to being ground level, and short walk to parking. I stayed in the same neighborhood last year in a large home, but this year I was by myself. I felt very safe, even walking in the dark at 6 a.m. The weather was rainy, so I didn't use the pool, but it is very nice. Short drive to parks. Be sure to visit Celebration's Cafe D'Angelo. Rick, We had an absolutley fantastic time at the condo. My kids loved their room, especially the big bunk bed. The space was ample and the fittings were to a high standard. The owners really did a great job equipping the condo with every need. The layout is wonderful. We have 2 children (8 and 5) and they loved the bedroom. The master bedroom was big with plenty of space to move around. The kitchen has everything you need. The location of the condo is great too - it is so close to the Disney Theme Parks, there is little traffic congestion, and many restaurants and stores nearby. We would stay here again! Thanks!

Hi Rick, Thanks for your email. We had an absolutely fantastic time in your condo!! It was all around wonderful.(SO much better than the place we stayed last year) Your condo is so well equipped and nicely decorated. I have to admit we didn't spend much time in the condo as we were at the pool most of the time, but coming back to at the end of the day was very satisfying. The grounds and facilities within the complex were awesome as well and I can't say enough about the pool. (My daughter was in it 99% of our stay..lol) The staff as well were very friendly and helpful. I have already given your condo and Windsor Hills rave reviews to many of my friends, family and co workers. I was already given instructions prior to my vacation by several people to 'scope the place out' for their future Orlando area vacations. We are in fact hoping to come back again next year and bring along our entire family and possibly friends as well. We just had that much of a positive experience from beginning to end!! Rick, I just wanted to take a moment and let you know how much fun we had last week. I can see now why your family never wants to leave. WE DIDN'T WANT TO LEAVE!!! The entire experience was wonderful. The unit is beautiful. Magical Memories is wonderful. We had a problem with the sliding glass door. It was jammed and wouldn't close. We called the MM office and they had a maintenance man at our door within 15 minutes. This was 8:00pm on a Saturday night. What service! I have already given your web-site to several of my friends and I know many more will want it. We are already planning our next trip. I will check your calendar and see what is available. Hi Rick, I just wanted to write you a quick note to say thank you so much. We rented your condo & took our twin boys, who just turned 8 yrs old, to Disney for the first time. You have a beautiful home! To be honest, I wish that I had rented it for 2 weeks as I didn't want to leave. This was by far the best vacation that we've ever taken with our kids and your condo made all the difference. We felt so comfortable there....it was like our own place. Hi Rick, I just wanted to tell you how much we enjoyed your condo!!! We will definitely tell others about your place specifically. The decor was just perfect. The kids LOVED their room--the kid bath was adorable too! Even the kitchen items like pots and pans and knives were of top quality and that was a nice treat.
