Not very much to add, save a very special thank you to the Kruses for sharing this very special place with us. Although of course we are renters, it felt like we were guests at your home. We appreciated all the special touches - arty photos, very well equipped kitchen; great stove and fine working fridge - we know those can be tough to get here on the island. While the house is equipped with all the bells & whistles (fax, phone, tv, computer port, etc) we all decided (and I the mom insisted) to just use the CD player and phone as needed so we could spend each night playing card games round the table. We all hope to return here sooner than later. Thank You !

Five of us came from Maine about a week ago. Flew to St Thomas then took the "Fast Ferry" to Tortola. This is our 4th visit to Cooper and as soon as we landed at Road Town it felt like coming home. Our first two stays were at the Beach Club, the next at the "Hill House", and of course this year at the Kruse House. Every year it just gets better. Highlights of the trip: Of course the totally wacky hermit crabs just off the deck. Beware: I think if you ever fell asleep there they would have you down to just bones in an hour! Two large sea turtles were living in front of the house about 100' (right about where you see the light blue). They came up for air throughout the day. Hunter (my oldest son) and I did about 7 dives. The most interesting was a night dive at Cistern Point when we came upon a huge hawksbill turtle and a day dive over at Alice in Wonderland (Ginger Island) where the coral is amazing and we saw more turtles and a black tipped reef shark. We rented a 15' boat in Tortola which is the way to go if you want to dive. The Kruse House has been a wonderful place to stay. What a perfect island house and how nicely it has been set up for guests. Sure hope we can come back and do it again !

Leaving today. Had a great time celebrating being "50". We are a group of 6 all born the same week 50 years ago. We rented a boat and toured many of the islands. Your home is one of a kind - what a view ! Thanks for the fabulous vacation !

The seven of us (3 children age 6 and 8yrs) and four adults had the most relaxing, dreamy, and fun 11 days! Here at Quart-A-Nancy Point we know we found the fountain of youth. Smooth skin, warm water, lots of oxygen in the creamy air. We could stay here forever. This perfectly sited house kept us all very happy and we leave reluctant but refreshed. We all vow to return and drink in more of the experience of the BVI (not just the rum & tequila drinks) very soon. Thank you so much for sharing paradise with us !

It was the beat vacation we have ever had....... period. We have been to the BVI 3 times and numerous other places in the states but your villa and the atmosphere it has is just the best...........no crowds, just a good old Island Time.

Katherine and I had a wonderful time staying in your beautiful place. It was so much more than we could have ever hoped. Getting WORLDS away from our house in Baltimore is a great thing - and this was just awesome! We cant wait to come back sometime soon. All the Best and Thank You !

We have stayed in a hilltop villa on Tortola...We have sailed between the islands of the BVI, BUT this vacation has been the best! The house and the view that comes with it is one of a kind. One needed only to slip on a snorkeling mask and jump from the dock to experience some of the best fish viewing around. The waters were crystal clear and warm - we spent a lot of time floating. I recommend renting a kayak from Sail Caribbean at the Cooper Island Beach Club - a trip to Salt Island was about 40 minutes across - and the same back. Take plenty of sunscreen and water! You may meet a man at Salt Island sitting in the sun with a hardhat on his head...not only did he impart to us his wisdom on getting back to Cooper Island, he shared with us the "wisdom" of a life well live in these islands. Enjoy the Beach Club! Its only a short swim away. We hope to be back sometime soon!
