  Very nice clean house with everythink you will need for your vacation. A great place to stay if you are looking just to get away from it all. Went out on the beach every day and only seen a handful of people and somedays you could look as far North and South and noone could be seen. Thats my idea of a vacation and what keeps brining me back to Topsail Island. 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths downstairs and all have access to the deck which leads right to the beach. Master Bedroom is upstairs. The couch in the bedroom with the bunkbeds is broken and should be thrown away because it serves no purpose other than to take up space.

I am aware of the broken sofa bed in the kids room and we are indeed planning on either disposing of, or replacing with another sleeping arrangement.   We are getting ready for our 4th year of staying at this incredible house. Each room is unique and filled with beautiful accent pieces. Everywhere you look there's something new to see. Every view is breath taking. From the bedrooms and living room, ocean ocean and ocean T We love the reverse floor plan with the living space on the top floor. The kitchen is fully stocked with dinner ware, glasses, pots pans and gadgets. We are always anxious to go to the shrimp docks to buy fresh off the boat shrimp. We look forward to morning morning coffee on the deck where we get to watch dolphins jump and dive behind the shrimpers. Can it get any better than this? It's a great beach for walking and for shelling. Can't wait!!1

  What a beautiful beach house! Just like the online pictures. Loved the layed back, unhurried atmosphere of the island. Wonderful for our family vacation (5 adults and kids ages 3,11 & 12). Perfect set up with the master bedroom on the main level (upper), and the other 3 on lower level. Comed the beach everyday for shells and loved the short walk to the pier. Kids, bring your nets and flashlights to go crab'in after dark. My 11 & 12 year old grandkids went out on the beach every night after dark to try their luck at catching crabs. Did catch a few, two were nice size! Within walking distance to miniture golf/arcade for the kids and not far to restaurants and gift shops.Great time had by all! Bring all your own food....the only thing there is seasonings. But otherwise a very well equiped kitchen!

  What an amazing house in a beautiful location. It was the perfect house for our family vacation. The bedrooms on the lower level were perfect for my children and grandchildren. "The Grands" were able to take naps and go to sleep early at night and not be bothered by the rest of the goings on in the main living area and deck. There were plenty of bathrooms so our 5 adults and 2 children weren't having to take numbers to bathe or shower. And we never ran out of hot water! The house is beautifully decorated in a beach/ocean theme that just adds to the relaxation. The photos really don't do it justice. The view from the decks are spectacular! The beach is very quiet and there was a wonderful tidal pool that formed each day right in front of the house. It was perfect for our 4 year old granddaughter to play in, catching little fish, crabs and sea snails for her beach pail which she would carefully set free at the end of the day. The beach is perfect for nice long walks or runs and it is extremely clean. We saw many dolphins and even stumbled upon a Giant Sea Turtle release that the local turtle hospital was doing. We had planned some side trips throughout the week and ended up not going anywhere! We were all so comfortable and relaxed that we just wanted to soak it all up while we had the time. I sure hope we can plan on another family vacation in this lovely, lovely home. It really was a perfect week. I highly recommend this wonderful house!

  Absolutely the best beach house we have stayed in. We thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful decor and the accomodations. Kitchen was awesome as were the views. We found tons of treasures on the beach including one huge shark tooth...about 3 inches long and 2 inches from shoulder to shoulder...what a thrill. Thanks for letting us stay. The Browns
