Emerald Isle is about time with family, friends, relaxation and beautiful surroundings that build memories that last a lifetime. This beautiful beach community is extremely friendly and will greet you with a smile and a hello. If you like to fish, swim, surf, boat, antique shop or just enjoy relaxing on the beach, this is your place. There is plenty for the kids to do and restaurants of the finest quality abound.
Our house sits high on a dune with spectacular views overlooking the ocean. Beach access is right across the street and close enough to run in a get a drink or snack without packing up. We have everything you would need to make for the most relaxing and enjoyable stay possible.
The house has just been beautifully and professionally decorated to create an environment that will make you feel special. Designed with all new custom upholstery and accessories that have been hand selected by our designer. Our house has a reverse floor plan with the living room on the top floor to take advantage of the long views of the ocean.
There is plenty of comfortable seating for everyone to enjoy. The dining area has a large farm table that sits up to 8. There is a fully equipped kitchen with white cabinets and a beautiful brand new countertop with a peninsula that seats four with barstools. Also on this floor is a second Master suite with full bath.
The Master suite includes a large bathroom with an oversized Jacuzzi tub that has a view overlooking the ocean. It has a comfy sitting area and is decorated in a fresh blue and white color scheme. You can step out to your own private porch which has seating provided. There is a full-size washer and dryer to do your laundry on the second floor. Also on this floor are two more bedrooms with their own TVs with cable and a large full bathroom.
Digital Cable featuring Time Warner on demand HBO and Starz is provided in the upstairs living room, Master suite and first floor game room. The new game room also features a new sleep sofa and loveseat to relax on. There is Playstation II with several games available and a new top quality foosball table. Next to the game room is another full bathroom.
Outside you will find a top quality gas grill and a picnic table and still be able to look out at the ocean views.There is covered parking and an outside shower. All amenities provided. Linens are provided with rentals. Delivered your day of arrival and picked up your day of departure. Other beach items, bikes, etc. can be easily rented ahead of your visit with reservation.
