  This villa is just as beautiful in person as it is depicted online, maybe even prettier. The guest bath is so cute (my friend's exclamation when she saw it)! Easy walk to beach. We stayed for a weekend, and decided to eat in on Saturday night because we loved the kitchen/dining area and deck so much we thought it a shame to not eat at least one meal there. We will definitely be back. Cannot say enough about how easy it is to deal with Tara in renting; she is extremely prompt in all of her replies and directions were perfect! Wonderful place of one or two couples to share a delightful Seabrook get-a-way!

  My daughter and two of her friends shared this comfortable villla with me while attending an event in Charleston. We find Seabrook an attractive alternative to a hotel in the city. This time of year traffic is light and the road is lovely. Tara is quick to respond and easy to work with. The place was wonderful, well-appointed and the perfect place to relax and enjoy the scenery of Seabrook. We used the kitchen for some light cooking and had everything we needed. Very much looking forward to returning. If you are looking for a 2 BR at Seabrook you can not top this one.

  Tara, thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home with us. It is the perfect place for a weekend get-away or weeks of relaxing and enjoying the beach. You walk into this condo and you feel at home and safe. It is ready for you to enjoy. I was very surprised how easy it was for me to get up the stairs with my handicap. This was our first visit to Seabrooke and we loved it. It is so peaceful and clean. Loved seeing the wildlife and families enjoying time together. It was a perfect vacation and we will be back. Thank you for taking good care of us. You made it so easy with all your information and help. I would recommend this condo to anyone.

  After a whirlwind drive across country from Arizona to the east coast to visit family and friends in one or two days stays, it was a delight to relax for five days at this lovely, well appointed condo. As promised, everything we needed was there -- along with lots of suggestions about places to see, things to do, and restaurant recommendations (of which there were plenty!). If you just want to lie back with a good book and enjoy the peaceful surroundings, relax on the beach, golf, bike, or swim, then you couldn't find a more perfect place. Seabrook is a lovely retreat for those fortunate enough to live there, and it was a joy to share a bit of this paradise for a way too short stay. We'd go back in a minute!

  We have visited Seabrook several times and have always stayed in a one bedroom villa. This trip my sister and husband accompanied us so we needed a 2 bedroom. I sent inquires to 5 different owners and this was by far the best deal. I love being on the ocean course so the location was perfect, since I love to play golf. The place had everything you would need, golf clubs (though if you're serious about golf, you would probably have brought your own clubs), bikes, and a closet full of beach stuff. At first I regretted not having internet access, but this is a vacation and it was easy to go to Java Java and use their computers to check e-mail while having a cup of coffee. Also, my wife was relieved to not be "wired" on a constant basis. In sum, it was a beautiful, well appointed villa. I could not recommend it more highly and hope to visit it again soon. Tara was easy to work with and quite helpful in every respect. If you are reading this you are probably considering your vacation options, Trust me, this is an excellent choice.

  Thank you for sharing your beautiful island home. We had a wonderful holiday with everything we needed plus more. We saw lots of wildlife and adored the dolphins. We saw them every day.   We absolutely loved the place! The condo was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed for the week. My favorite place was the deck which is situated right under a bunch of beautiful trees which allowed us to enjoy being outside even during the middle of the day. Our family needed a quiet, relaxing week and that is exactly what we had during our stay. The daily bike rides allowed us to venture out into the wonderful island. I would recommend also eating at the outside bar/grill (I think it's called Pelican Restaraunt), the view there was amazing and the food was good. Thanks Tara!

  We absolutley loved Seabrook Island and the High Hammock Villa. Beautiful location and the condo was perfect. Clean and well appointed. All kinds of recreation close by from the beach club, golf course, biking, tennis or just relaxing. Very important to us was easy access to Charleston. 30 minutes tops and you are in the middle of town. Lots to see and do, what a beautiful city. Thanks Tara and Drew, we will most definately be back!

• The Right Price and Size!

  We enjoyed the upgraded kitchen, location and size of this condo. The 2nd story is a nice feature in this development as the patio gives you great views of the golf course. (This unit faces right onto the course.) Size-wise -- It was perfect for the 3 of us. And, it really is a super quick ride or walk to the beach. Tara does a great job with the logistics, making sure she gets info to you on time etc. All in all a very easy transaction. As for Seabrook -- La Tela is a great new restaurant, Angel Oak was truly amazing, and the Tea Plantation is worth the trip. Thanks!
