This luxurious three bedroom/three bath condo,located in the prestigious gated community of Ocean Hammock on the Atlantic Ocean, is the ultimate seaside retreat. The resort also features the spectacular Jack Nicklaus championship golf course which is Florida's first true oceanfront golf course in over 70 years, with 8 holes overlooking the ocean. This par-72 course is a challenge and a pleasure for players of all levels.
This beautifully furnished fifth floor condo is spacious with over 2,000 square feet and is professionally decorated in the British West Indies style with an inviting tropical ambiance. Each bedroom has its own television and bath.
The living room has a state of the art sound system and a wide screen television. We also have high-speed internet access. The lanai is large and comfortably furnished with great ocean views and breezes, and is the perfect place to relax, read a book, or enjoy your morning coffee. THIS IS THE WAY VACATIONS WERE MEANT TO BE!
The gourmet kitchen a joy to work in, fully equipped with new top of the line appliances and dinner service for 10. Enjoy candlelit dinners and family gatherings in the dining room, or dine al fresco on the balcony while taking in the magnificent sunsets.
If you are not in the mood to cook, dine at the elegant oceanfront Atlantic Grille, just a beach walk away, or at the Cinnamon Beach Grill at the pool clubhouse (the chefs at the Grill will also cater private dinners for you), or at any of the nearby local restaurants (menus and driving directions available), or dine out at one of the many fine restaurants in old-town St. Augustine.
Just footsteps away you will find the two Cinnamon Beach clubhouses. The oceanfront clubhouse offers a heated swimming pool and spa, a bar, and workout room. Across the street you will find the lakefront clubhouse with a large family pool, restaurant, snack bar, and recreation room, perfect for the younger guests complete with a mini water park.
Teens and tweens will enjoy the youth room complete with a large screen TV, air hockey and foosball tables, and all the current teen magazines. Adults can exercise in the fitness facility or escape to their own recreation room to shoot pool, play darts, or just relax.
In addition to the amenities offered at Cinnamon Beach, there are many other activities year round. Bicycle down the A1A National Scenic Byway bikepath, fish on the beach or on the Intracoastal, swim, kayak, surf, or just take a quiet walk on the beach.
And if you find yourself in the mood to get away for the day, both historic St. Augustine and Daytona Beach are just a half-hour drive from Cinnamon Beach. Enjoy the sights, shopping, and local cuisine of old-town St. Augustine or take the youngsters to any of the local attractions. Closer to home you will find Marineland, the world’s oldest marine attraction, and many beautiful state parks including Washington Oaks State Gardens, Bulow Plantation Ruins, and the Princess Place Preserve.
For the golf enthusiasts, the World Golf Hall of Fame is just a short drive away. If you don’t mind driving a little farther (about an hour and a half), Orlando offers world-class shopping and nightlife, not to mention Disney World, the many theme parks, and the Kennedy Space Center, also an easy day trip.
