View of the ocean from virtually every oceanside room. Deck and deck furniture accessible from two sliding glass doors off the living room. Comfortable, tastefully furnished living room has a queen-size sofabed. New flat screen HDTV with 400 channels. Two modern baths.
There is a brand new state of the art kitchen with new cabinets, including rollout pantry and storage cupboards, appliances, 30 inch glass top range, granite countertops, undermount sink, single post faucet, built in microwave, and front ice & water dispenser refrig. Gas grill on rear deck area, and outside shower stall. Completely fenced in backyard area accessible from living room deck as well as gate at side yard entrance. This is the last dwelling on street that dead-ends at the dunes. Very little traffic.
Master bedroom has Queen-sized bed, each of the other bedrooms has twin bedding (2 each).
Lifeguard station on beach and tram service to the water 10 to 5 daily, during season. Handicap access ramp to beach and dune area with sand navigable wheel chairs available at Borough building, two blocks away. All of the village of Barnegat Light within walking distance, including the fishing docks, wonderful restaurants, shopping, and Barnegat Light House State Park. Clamming, crabbing, and fishing available on Barnegat Bay, also two blocks away.

We enjoyed this rental last summer, and we will be going back again next summer! Great location in Barnegat Light. Comfortable and well-appointed, the property is very convenient and worked well for our multi-generation family. It is in a relatively quiet area, which was perfect for our family. The fenced-in yard is great for young kids. We spent much of our time sitting on the wrap-around deck, enjoying the sea breeze. The owner and her family are very friendly and helpful!Recommended for: Families with young children.

About the owner: I grew up by the seashore and when my husband and I began a family, we decided that we wanted to instill the love that I had for the ocean and seashore in our children. We purchased our first seashore retreat in Barnegat Light in 1967, and have moved residence twice during the ensuing years, each time to move closer to the ocean. Our seashore retreat is perfect for families, young and old,- and not so old! Just great fun.
Why the Owner Chose Barnegat Light:
Barnegat Light is the family place to vacation. As a barrier island, the sun, sand and water keep children enthralled, and allow adults to relax and enjoy nature. The raw power of the ocean is mesmerizing in any season, but the summer-time is almost magical fun for all.

The property is about as close as one can get to the sea and sand on our street.The Village of Barnegat Light has it all; fishing, water play, delicious restaurants, boating and just plain relaxing fun! All in close proximity to the north east corridor of of the U.S. for easy travel.
