For those who like the excitement of night life and casinos, Atlantic City is a short auto or boat ride away. Everyone should see the opulence of Atlantic City once anyway.
The 40 foot deck off the living room, complete with shade trellis and deck furniture, is accessible by three sliding glass doors from the living room and den, and gives 180 degree unimpeded views of the ocean and inlet.
Tastefully and comfortably furnished, the interior includes queen sized sofa bed, and single bed chair in den off living room, a fully equipped kitchen, ceramic tiled counters and glass top range, dishwasher and microwave oven, side by side refrigerator/icemaker.
The Master Bedroom has a Queen-sized bed with new bedding. The second bedroom has (2) twin beds that can be combined to make (1)king-sized bed.
The dwelling is at the end of a dead-end oceanside street, with handicap ramp and walkway partially to the beach. Life guard station is directly off end of street and there is tram service for those who prefer riding to walking, from 10-5, during season.

We rented this wonderful house for three years and loved everything about it. The days and evenings with all the windows open, looking out over the dunes were incomparable. We waited all year just for those two weeks! The house is very comfortable and the kitchen lacks for nothing. All the appliances are upgraded - nicer than my own! You are just steps away from the beach but close to everything in Barnegat Light. Joan, the owner, is so nice and accommodating and wants you to have a wonderful visit to the island and you will, in this house.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children.
