This is a lovely garden level studio style condo with ocean view patio by the lawn...this condominium has a new CAL-KING BED, plus a queen airbed in the closet if you need to bring the kids. Fully furnished with lovely linens and lots of pillows. Lovely unit in nice Hawaiiana-style décor.
Napili Bay Beach a just a few steps away! A white sandy, protected crescent-shaped beach, with a coral reef and lots of fish, turtles, coral formations, great swimming and boogie boarding that is rated as one of the top ten in the USA! Just a 5 minute walk away is Kapalua Bay too, and the Golf Resort, with 3 breathtaking golf courses, restuarants world-class home of the PGA Mercedes Benz Classic each January, Maui food and wine festival, Maui Life Fest, and more.
Watch the whales in winter, the dolphins playing in the surf, snorkel with tame fish in warm calm water, see cruise ships going to port in Old Lahaina Town with all of its great art galleries, boutiques, and gourmet restaurants for every budget! Just ten minutes away. Closer by are groceries, movie rentals, dive and snorkeling gear, restaurants, and more.
Watch the lovely sunsets each evening, and take a moonlight stroll along the safe sandy beach, you might even see a moonbow! And rainbows are almost guaranteed daily. It does not get any better than this!

My Spouse and I spent a week in this unit, the property has all the amenities you would expect, the resort is beautiful with lush landscaping and beautifull flowering trees!! Very close proximity to Napili bay beach. Only downfall is there is no ocean view from the unit.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, age 55+, adventure seekers.

Aloha!! We had a fabulous vacation in Napili. Listing description and pictures were accurate. An upgrade to the pink wall color/inside decor wouldn't hurt...but honestly that's not why you travel to Hawaii. The floor was dirty (our toddler had dirty feet within minutes of running around inside barefoot) and the bathroom vainty light was out upon our arrival. The front desk staff at the Napili Shores office was less than helpful, but this was expected based upon prior reviews (likely because the unit is privately owned). We contacted the property manager and they had house keeping come the next day. Everything else was very clean. Nice to be able to cook in/grill to save some cash. Be prepared to pay $45 just to get the room keys...and no this is not a deposit! There were beach essentials in the bathroom closet, including a beach chair, 2 towels, a small cooler, boogy board, pool floaties, and we added some beach sand toys for kiddos to the collection. Overall it was the perfect little home-away-from-home. The shades kept the place very dark, perfect for sleeping in...or in our case getting our toddler down for her afternoon nap. The room was very comfortable at night with the windows open/fan blowing, really no need for A/C. Napili beach is the perfect way to visit Maui, a very laid back atmosphere, reasonable cost. We visited Ka'anapali beach and were turned off by all the people and the giant resorts. Not to miss: Breakfast at The Gazebo. Dinner and cocktails at The Seahouse. Snorkeling with the sea turtles in the bay around the corner from Napili shores. Kapalua beach is PERFECT for kiddo's -just a short walk from the unit (the trail wraps around from The Seahouse). We would also highly recommend the Old Lahaina Luau. Mahalo!! Can't wait to get back to Hawaii :)Recommended for: Romantic getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers.

I recommend this unit and location to anyone who is looking for a great location, fantastic beach, and laid back atmosphere. We enjoyed being close to Lahaina but far enough from the crowds. We only spent a few hours on the beaches b/c there was so much to do on the island. The unit was just great for two people. We had a full kitchen and access to outdoor grills. The patio was wonderful and we had coffee there in the mornings. The pool is right by the ocean and we enjoyed the views and great sunsets. The beach in front of the condo is rocky, but there is a walkway to the sandy part, so it was not a big deal. For the price, you can't find better on Maui. The only reason why I didn't rate this facility as a 5 star, was our check-in experience. The lady at the front desk wasn't helpful at all. She clearly didn't want to be hasselled with providing keys for someone who wasn't renting directly from them (Outrigger). Unfortunately, this is the first person you meet when checking in and for some people it can affect their enjoyment of their entire stay. Fortunately for us, this didn't keep us from having a great time.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, age 55+, girls getaway, people with disabilities.
