Welcome to "Seventh Heaven," a beautiful decorated new beach home located in the exclusive, private community of Seacrest Beach. Situated between Rosemary Beach and historic Seaside, "Seventh Heaven" is just a short walk to the gorgeous Emerald Coast Beaches. A private beach shuttle offers door to sand service. A leisurely stroll through our palm tree lined neighborhood will lead you to the fantastic 12,000 square foot swimming pool with waterfalls, fountains and two bath houses. Rosemary Beach is a pleasant walk down the street where you'll enjoy shops, restaurants, and outdoor concerts around the Town Square. Right next door is The Villages with a pizza and seafood restaurant, Carvel's Ice Cream and a Coffee Shop as well! Camp Creek Golf Course, bike paths, fun shops and restaurants are within minutes of your front door.
This spacious 2300 square foot, four bedroom, three and a half bathroom home is beautifully decorated with a light and airy "Beachy feel" that will allow you to relax and vacation effortlessly. Main floor features professionally decorated living and dining room with unique furnishings. The kitchen has a commercial ice maker, stainless steel appliances, and granite countertops. Especially convenient is the first floor guest suite with a queen-size bed and full bath.
The second floor has a master bedroom with a king bed and a master bath. Walk out to the scenic private porch for a view of the Gulf. The master bath has a jacuzzi tub with a separate shower and double vanities. The kids bedroom is located on the opposite end with bunk beds and a full bath. Another bedroom with a queen sized bed next to the kids room. A full-size washer and dryer is at hand for your convenience.
On the third level are two rooms and a large deck that offer views of the Gulf of Mexico. The tower room contains a wet bar, refrigerator, sofa and a table for four, making it a perfect spot for entertaining or relaxing after a day at the beach. It can also be used as a fifth bedroom as it has a pull out sofa and a half bath.

Last year I stayed at Seventh Heaven for two weeks. The property is beautiful, excellent condition, with great access to many activities. Seacrest Beach has an incredible pool and a private beach. You can walk to the beach or take a golf cart shuttle. Many restaurants are conveniently located near the house. The house sleeps 10 comfortably, 14 is a little tight. Plan a trip to seventh heaven, you won't regret it.
