Lovely waterfront views and sunsets are yours from this newly decorated two bedroom, one and a half bath home on a canal in the town of Englewood. The home is across the street from Lemon Bay with partial bay views. Englewood Beach on Manasota Key is a long walk or short car or bike ride away. Many amenities are within easy walking distance.
You can dock your small boat, kayak or canoe directly behind the house and will be in the bay within minutes. The house is decorated in Florida Cottage-style and is in a very friendly, small waterfront development convenient to everything. The yard is fully fenced in for your pet.
The towns of Venice and Port Charlotte (shopping malls, restaurants, 16-screen movie theater) are just fifteen minutes away, as is Boca Grande. Tampa, Sarasota, Naples, Fort Myers and even Orlando are easy day trips from this location. Lots of golf (16 courses) and of course all types of water sports and beaches nearby.
We are very proud of our home and love to share it with responsible pet owners (it's not a vacation if you have to leave your "best friend" behind, is it?).
