$100.00 cleaning fee/ $1000.00 security deposit.Refundable/10 days termination of
occupancy provided real & personal property are left in the same condition as
when occupancy commenced and all the terms of this agreement are met. Tenant is
liable for replacements and repairs needed to attain the same condition as when
occupancy commenced other than normal cleaning of linens and towels. Reservation
deposit of $500 at time of booking. Check-in after 3:00 PM and check-out must be
no later than 10:00 AM. See contract for terms of cancellation policy.
