Our week in San Clemente was wonderful. This condo is roomy, very clean, and has everything a family needs to enjoy their stay. All the household amenities were there upon arrival so we did not have to purchase paper products, soap, etc. initially, There is an outdoor eating space with an ocean view and other outdoor areas so people can spread out. The location is ideal, right up a small walk from the pier and a short walk from the adorable business street. Our adult children from all over the East Coast joined us and they really had a great time. Patti lives on site so she was very helpful and checked in to say hello. She is very welcoming. The beach is great and the Sunday morning farmers market is a must. Some fun restaurants are Pizza Port for casual and Nicks for a more upscale evening. The little creperie just a short walk away makes great cappuccinos. We flew into Santa Ana airport instead of LAX and it was really easy and a lot less congested. We will do this in the future. This condo works for any group of all ages. There are steps into the unit and inside however. If steps are not an issue I recommend this rental for anyone seeking a lovely, clean, well-equipped rental with an onsite landlord.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

We enjoyed our stay, everything was as listed in the VRBO pages. Patty was very helpful. The proximity to the beach, pier and restaurants was a real plus.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers.

My family and I came to San Clemente for the first time with our children who have never been to the ocean before. Not only was the location close to the water but also had everything we would need to enjoy the beach such as sand toys, chairs and a wagon to tote it down! After a long day at the beach we were able to get a bite to eat on our way back, and once back at "home" we were able to relax with many channel options on TV, and the kids had plenty of toy options as well. We loved this place! Best family vacation we have had! We would recommend this place to anyone heading to San Clemente, best location for the price!Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

The condo is more than adequate for a large family. The location is splendid and the owners are very accommodating. The San Clemente pier is a great place to hang out and uptown is very charming.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children.

We really loved the condo. Everything was clean and well maintained by the owner. It was close to the beach and town. Since we were there for Christmas, the owner made it feel 'like home' by putting up Christmas decorations and a tree. I would not hesitate to use this rental again. Wow! This place is beautiful! Super clean, web site's photos are exactly what you get. Owner is super nice and on-site if you have further questions. Fully stocked with towels, dishes, EVERYTHING you'll need for a nice stay. A nice big flat screen tv with a great satellite package including movies and even dvds on site. We really enjoyed the outside patio with view of ocean. This place is top-notch!!!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

We truly enjoyed our week at this rental and will most likely return again and again. Our older kids enjoyed the surf/boogie boards and wet suits while the younger kids found lots of other beach oriented distractions in the garage full of beach stuff to keep them occupied. It offers a great kitchen/great room and the decorations were appropriately themed and added to the endless summer vibe. The owners were great to work with. Parking a second vehicle was a little difficult but this close to the beach that is to be expected.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children.

About the owner: My name is Patricia. A native to Southern California, I was born in Orange County, grew up in Los Angeles and first moved to San Clemente in 1979 where my 2 children grew up and have made San Clemente their homes here as well.
Why the Owner Chose San Clemente:
I purchased the triplex on Victoria in 1998 where I have been a resident manager since. In 2004, the largest of the 3 units was remodeled and is where hundreds of families from Orange County to throughout the world have created their vacation memories.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
I have always enjoyed the georgeous views of the ocean and the pierbowl from the balconies and the ability to walk to the pier, beach and the beach trail. San Clemente's historic downtown and its unique shops is an easy 10 minute walk. There are so many events all throughout the year that are right here in this neighborhood.
