Our Master bedroom reminds you of a Carribean sunset with plush new matress and bedding and furniture. The children will enjoy the new bedding and decorating in the twin bedroom with their own toy closet supplies for those down times after a day on the beach. The queen bedroom is also supplied with new bedding and furniture with a side view of the ocean. Our new outdoor deck is spacious enough for the whole family with a 4 chair bistro set to enjoy dinners and sunsets! Come enjoy the beach with all the comforts of home!

This paricular 3 bedroom condo is great for any family. Beautiful bedrooms and kitchen. Great views of the beach, the pool, and Ocean Blvd. It has a large deck overlooking the pool and ocean. The courtyard and pool area are more spacious than any condo we've seen in Surfside. We've stayed in this room for the last two years and will continue to make the 500 mile drive to enjoy the warm ocean waters and beautiful accomodations that this condo has to offer in Surfside.

We arrived to a clean and well decorated unit. The third floor offers a great view of the ocean and pool. You'll want to spend many evenings on the deck listening to the ocean waves and enjoying the breeze. The kitchen was well equipt with utensils and cookware for all our meals. When dining out we had many options. The owners were wonderful to work with and we could not have asked for anything more!

We stayed here March 2011 - great condo! Well appointed and comfortable, large (14x14') sundeck with a patio set - perfect for suntanning or just watching the ocean & dolphins. Kitchen has everything you will need with modern appliances and there are 4 TV's (3 were newer flatscreens - living room one was large). Plentiful parking spots and no "neighbour" noise. Nice pool area and easy walk to the beach. We would have no problem returning here and undoubtedly will one day. This is a 'classy' condo!

Condo is in a perfect, quiet location in Surfside and offers a great ocean view from the 3rd floor deck. It is just a hop, skip and a jump to the beach! The unit is clean and tastefully decorated and offers a well-stocked kitchen.You won't be disappointed!

We have stayed at this location right on the beach several times and LOVE it! One of the features we love is the outside porch, which we eat dinner on and watch the surf go in and out. The condo is comfy and the decor is perfect for the beach. Always clean and the kitchen has EVERYTHING you will ever need. The owners are always friendly and courteous. Makes you want to come back again and again...and we do!

The condo is very nicely decorated, clean and comfortable. It is on the 3rd floor which is desirable and a good exercise climbing stairs. It is listed as "oceanfront" but it is not. The deck is roughly 14 x 14 with a nice patio set. It has a view to the pool and the ocean but there are units in the development that have 100% oceanfront decks. This is more of a "side" view...Overall is it very nice, breezy and relaxing..
