This rental unit provided adequate sleeping quarters for two adult couples. We also entertained 2 young children on evenings and weekends. The dishes & silverware were a little skimpy for this many people, eating most of their meals in the condo. A little updating, and clearing out unusable items, might make it a little more appealing.

Recommended for:Age 55+, families with young children, sightseeing.

11/13/09 Great condo,great location, loved not having to use the elevator. The ping pong table and hot tub were extra perks. We had a wonderful time and would recommend it to others.

The Summerchase 102 condo had a great view and we had great weather during our week of vacation. The beach and ocean are beautiful. There are a few things that need some attention in the condo. But, those things did not keep us from having a great vacation. Thank you for letting us stay in your condo.

We rented this condo over the Memorial Day holdiay. I just logged in to book again for next year. It was a great condo, wonderful location, and the owners were great to work with! The pleased us in every way! The ability to drive up to the door was great for unloading! As I said, I am already looking into next year!

We spent the week of 9/14/08 at this condo. We loved it! The location and view and access to the beach were perfect. It was comfortable and fully equipped. One of the nicest facilities we have rented. Would certainly return. The owner bent over backwards to please us.

We just returned from Orange Beach. What a great condo! The set up was excellent for 2 couples. We are already thinking of booking for next year. The parking was ideal. The beach was great. The view was fabulous! Summerchase was everything we hoped it would be.

Just rented this unit the first week of April 2007. It is a wonderful place and decorated so festivly! All the comforts of home. Beaches are great, property ammenities are first class and family friendly. Very convenient to all shopping and many restaurants. Great to be able to unload the vehicle and park right outside your door. Resort staff is very friendly and accomodating. We would rent this place again in a heartbeat!

What a lovely, quiet, convenient (first floor: so easy to drive up and unload), comfortable home. We had a very relaxed time here enjoying the view, the heat (I'm from Canada and like to warm up every chance I get), and the fun dining and shopping. Our main focus all week though was to soak up the sun and watch the ocean display its many shades of green against the white sand. The wildlife watching (dolphins, pelicans, shore birds, etc.) was great, too. We would love to come back again. Truly beautiful. p.s. We appreciated the good sense of style and humour that was evident in the renovated decor...nice work!

This was undoubtedly the best condo we've ever rented in Orange Beach. The location of the unit was so convenient - park right at the door; no steps or elevator hassels. The furnishings were beautiful and everything we needed, the owners great to rent from, and the complex was well kept (except that the indoor hot tub was out of commission). The beach area was open on both sides, so no crowds! We've found a new favorite place for our annual beach trek. Save us a place next summer!

Our family loved the condo! You can't beat the first floor location. Summerchase was so family friendly and laid back. The beach was beautiful and close to the pool area. The covered parking right outside your door was great! This is a wonderful place for families w/children. One of the most tastefully decorated units I've seen and the price can't be beat! Thanks so much!

The condo has a great location! We also appreciated the convenience to the beach and parking. The decor is very cute. We also enjoyed having two large beds instead of a set of twins/large bed. Great value for the price.

My fiance and me stayed for a week in April and it was perfect!!! Aside from the beautiful weather and beach, the condo itself was beautiful! Since the condo is not directly next to anything on either sides the beach was not crowded! It is in a great location close to restaurants and stores. The condo is also very spacious. It was a pleasent experince for us, no problems at all!!! We are looking forward to our next visit here!
