Stayed from 4/4-4/8/2011 Perfect place for my husband and I.Condo was clean, and having a full kitchen was a major plus. Parking can be an issue, but a bus passes by the front side of the condo. The beach is across the street, and nice beach towels and chairs were provided. I was able to explore the city while my husband attended a seminar at the Convention Center. While not a 5 star hotel, this property was a good value for our short stay. Nury provided all the necessary essentials to make our stay enjoyable. Eduardo and Sarah Covarribus Marina, CA

The place is basically dirty and over cluttered with junk. We had the feeling we were staying in the neighbours teenagers room while they were away for the weekend. A general mustiness greeted us when opening the door. Drips of old food down the fridge and dishwasher (which was not emptied). Food stains on floor, ancient crusted food grime around ridges on sink. Lipstick on glasses, plates covered in grit and grime. The benchtops had been wiped with a greasy cloth which left grease stains covered in dust on countertops. The greasiness not helped by an oversized stove with an undersized extractor fan. The roof above the stove had a big blob of grease covered in dust which spreads out across the whole kitchen roof. Plates on shelves equally covered in a thin film of grease. Patterned doors on the quality kitchen are highlighted with a black dots of greasy dust. Plain doors are much easier to clean. Floating floor is beyond repair and needs replacing. The creaking of the floor and bed is ridiculous. Like don't roll over or you will wake the neighbours. Replace the bed - it is just not funny. 1985 TV's (you have to change channels in the bedroom to watch the lounge TV) in a country like the US where these were thrown out 10+ years ago is no good. No DVD (didn't bother us).Toilet was clean, but the 1950's shower and bath were not. They are also in desperate need of upgrading to even the 1970's. Bedclothes and comforters were a similar vintage. And smelt musty and just not fresh. No mattress or pillow protectors. We bought our own replacements after the second night - less than $100 at Sears. Blackout curtains for bedroom would have been nice but despite the mustiness a spare comforter did the job quite well. We didn't want to buy new curtains. Internet service good, but despite there being EIGHT grease covered tiny coffee tables (in a small lounge room!) there were none suitable as a desk for a small laptop. Small rooms do not need clutter or ugly dusty, musty smelling plastic potplants! I have stayed in tiny hotel rooms in Japan that have felt much bigger and better laid out. I cannot remember staying anywhere less clean. We had a child and rubber duckie gifts were appreciated, but if Nury cleaned it herself she needs professional cleaners. If there were professional cleaners they (over a long period) have done an appalling job. Get rid of 70% of the 'junk' in the place and you would be amazed how much more attractive & popular it would be. AND CLEAN IT!!

I have had over 500 bookings on my listing. "If the guest does not communitcate with me during the stay, it is unfair to write a critcal review without giving me the option to correct or address issues while they are still in the property." I always welcome constructive feedback from my guest which will improve the quality of my next guest stay.

Long Beach Stay

This is a good place to stay. Extremely secure. It is advertised as a King size bed, however, it is just a Queen, also not the high quality sheet. The floors creak really loudly as well as did the bed frame. The kitchen was well situated, however lacked in the pots and pans area. Just a few steps to the beach nice chairs and towels too. The only improvement would be adding internet access. Very well maintained other than the noisy floors.
