The Junior Suites [5] I own [and some Executive 1 BR's] are OCEAN-FRONT ...... the closest Villas to the beach & Pacific Ocean - nothing between you and the beach, walk out your front door onto the beach, 75 meters to ocean. These are the best located suites in the entire 500-suite resort, units sleep 2-4 people each - as you can choose ones that have either 1 x king bed, or 2 x queen beds

The Sunset Beach Resort and Spa Village, is set on 100 unspoiled acres of beach and mountainside. It is private, quiet and secluded, yet only five minutes from Downtown Cabo San Lucas [free shuttle-service]. The resort consists of 30 Hacienda-style, low-rise, low-density villas, set in lush tropical gardens... and built into the mountainside.
