  Just a note to say we had a perfect holiday at the villa. Linda is extremely helpful. When we highlighted the simplest little thing that needed attention, the response was amazingly quick. Highly recommended. Five stars.

  The home is in a beautiful surrounding, very nice and clean and very quiet and safe. Great pool and whirlpool. House was well equipped and according description. Theme parks, shopping malls etc in good distance from house. Supermarket very close and not too expensive. Restaurants as Santa Fe, Burger King, KFC etc also close as well as Post office. We will definitely recommend this rental home to our friends and hope Linda will have many guests in the future. We also hope to go back there one day. Linda is a very nice and helping person. Everything with her worked very well and we got really good information from her. 3 days after returning to Germany we already got back our deposit from her. Really great holidays for us and for our 3 children. Thanks a lot.

  We had a real great time at the beautiful "Villa Rosa". Thanks a lot to Linda! Everything run soooo smooth in advance. Booking, paying ect. was a piece of cake. All we found at the house, was better than we expected! The kids loved the pool. We had such a quite sleep, what was most important to us, because strolling all the parks, using all those plenty possibilities for shopping made us so tired.... the neighbourhood was nice and sharing some beers during the evenings bar-b-q was real fun. All attractions are reachable within 20 mins. Shopping and dining you will find within 5 mins. We definitely will come back to here, once we are looking for accomodation nearby Orlando.

  We had a really good time at Villa Rosa in Orlando. All information were excellent beforehand, descriptions are correct - super location with 4 bedrooms and all with bathrooms; great pool and whirlpool (we really appreciated this). It is not far away from Disneyworld, that's why we choose Villa Rosa; really fantastic. I would recommend this property to everyone I know. Try it!

  Wir hatten eine wunderbahre Zeit in der Villa Rosa. Es wahr alles gepflegt und sauber. Die Kinder hatten mega Freude am Pool. Die Parks sind alle schnell zu erreichen so ca. 20-30 Minuten. Gleich um die Ecke gibt's eine Bank, Post und einen Wallmart. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig und wir fühlten uns sehr wohl. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin wahr sehr nett und problemlos. Wir waren 6 Personen ( 2 Familien) mit zwei Kindern. Wen wir wieder nach Orlando kommen werden wir wieder dieses Haus buchen.

  The villa is a gorgeous place to stay in Central Florida with the family. We would do it again and will recommed the house to our friends. It is located on the corner spot in a very quite neighborhood. The internet pictures match 1 to 1 and the house is well maintained, clean, organized and smoking free. All household articles were avialable as described in the listing. The pool and spa area is wondeful to relax and was cleaned once per week. The house owner is very nice to talk to and very organized and fast acting. Several shopping options for daily needs (Walmart, Publix), restaurants and malls are within a driving distance of 5 to 30 minutes. Interstate 4 is just a 15 minute ride from Silver Creek. All attractions have their own secret and there is a lot to see. Aquatica was a nice experience and Bush Gardens in Tampa as well. It is just about an hour drive to Tampa. It was nice to play a minigolf course as it is different to Europe. All in all: 3 weeks of unforgettable holidays - Thank you.

  Villa Rosa is a perfect place to stay in Central Florida. The villa is located in a quiet neighborhood. The house is clean and well equipped. The pool is a wonderful place to relax. Even our daughters (13 + 16) loved just to be in the house / at the pool. Everything you need (food, shopping, parks) is in driving distance from 5 minutes (Wal-Mart) to 30 minutes (SeaWorld). Next time Orlando then definitely Villa Rosa.

  Diese Villa ist als Aufenthaltsort sehr zu empfehlen. Hier passt nicht nur das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis, sondern auch die Infrastruktur in der Umgebung (Supermarkt, Lokale) als auch die Nähe zu den Disney Parks. Die Villa ist sauber und mit allen Wünschen ausgestattet, bis hin zum Pool mit Whirlpool. Ich kann dieses Haus sehr empfehlen und werde es auf jeden Fall bei unserem nächsten Besuch wieder buchen.

  Ken and Laurie - Long drive from Connecticut to Orlando. The Villa was an awesome place to land. Our three daughters had a great first trip to Orlando. Ages 13, 12, and 8 our kids unpacked all there belongings in 10 minutes. They all had their own rooms and more than enough space to put everything. We we so thrilled with all the bathrooms, closets and the cleanliness of the house. It was definately home away from home. It was great to have a kitchen to cook in. The house provided movies, and ps2 to play. The pool was excellent. We spent a lot of time hanging out in the pool area. The neighborhood was quiet and private. Great corner lot. The location was great. SuperWalmart just down the road, and so close to Disney and SeaWorld. After staying at the Villa I don't think we would ever go back to a hotel. I recommend this is the way to go for any family on vacation, and it was cheaper than most hotels I looked into.

  We stayed for a full wk and had a wonderful time! Our only regret was that we didn't get to spend enough time just relaxing @ the house and enjoying the pool more. The house inside and out was true to the descriptions and we would absolutely love to stay here again should we return to FL. The tip on an earlier review about needing to supply toilet paper was helpful to us, and a tip I'd pass on is that while all bed linens, bath towels and wash cloths were provided, there were no dish rags/dish towels so you will need those. The only issue that we had @ all was that once inside the house we could not locate instructions for using the alarm system so we just had to guess and hope we did it correctly. Hungry Howie's pizza restaurant in the Winn-Dixie shopping center was very good and inexpensive and within 5 minutes. Walmart is 10 minutes away, Disney attractions about 20 minutes. The development was beautiful and quiet, this house is on a corner lot and so is a bit more private than some others. Linda was absolutely fabulous to work with and we would certainly recommend this place to anyone we know heading to the area!! Thanks for a wonderful vacation stay!
