This condo is truely amazing! This was our second year staying in this unit. The owners have it decorated so nice! It is very clean and stocked with almost everthing. I had a margitata party for cinco de mayo and we had relatives visit. They must have been 20 margaritta glasses, salt, and decorative bowls! The only thing I would switch is the stocked bud light in the referigator. Ha! HA! We are milller fans! Anyway, the owners truely make it wonderful and homey. They are very nice people. Anytime we had a question they were quick to respond and very helpful! The area is so peaceful and beautiful!! I love Washing Oaks State PArk down the raod. JT"S seafood shak and Captins BBQ were a big hit too! Thank you for sharing your wonderful condo! We hope to return again! I higly recommed this condo to you! YOu will not be disappointed with anything! I am a very pickey person and do not write many reviews!!!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, pet owners, romantic getaway, sightseeing.
Owner response: Daniella thank you so much for the wonderful review!! We love hearing that guest had a great time at our condo. Our goal was to make our guest feel like they are staying at a friends condo, and it sounds like we achieved this. By the way, can you tell we LOVE Cinco de Mayo and know how to throw a ROCKING party! Your friends in Palm Coast! Bryan and Deidra Coday

This is a lovely condo. Very tastefully decorated and quite roomy. Fully stocked kitchen and plenty of towels and linens for the week. Beautiful view of the ocean, and it is on the top floor so very quiet. You will love staying here. The Codays are very nice people to deal with. We will definitely be returning!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

We couldn't have imagined that this condo would be as beautiful as it was. It exceeded all of our expectations. We were in love the moment we walked in. The view of the ocean is breathtaking. The decor and furniture is first class. Perfectly maintained and spotlessly clean. The condo was very thoughtfully stocked with everything you could possibly need for a perfect vacation. We look forward to returning to this unit next time we come to the area. So look no further if you want the perfect stay...this is the place!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

Stayed for a month along with friends and family through the month ranging in ages from 18 months to 85 and the unit was accomodating for all. The unit is extemely clean with more than enough linens, towels, dishes, and cooking items. We ate in most of the time because it was so accomodating and the view was to die for. There were televisions in all the rooms with both english and spanish stations for which some in our party was very greatful for. All in all a great relaxing stay. I would certainly stay there again.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

This condo is beautifully furnished and in tip top shape. We enjoyed the sunrise walks on the beach as well as the top floor ocean views. Palm harbor golf course is just west of the intercoastal bridge. It is in perfect condition and the price is in the $30 range. We also had dinner at a local seafood place called JT's. It is on A1A across from the Publix ( also 2 miles away.) The cinamon beach pools weere a hit. They have a quiet pool and a kid pool along with a recreation center. This was a relaxing week in a beautiful ocean frot condominium.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, romantic getaway.

This Ocean Hammock condo is the most beautiful condominium we have stayed in with 30 years of vacationing in the area. Pictures do not do the decor justice and certainly cannot show how comfortable and spacious it is. Our family especially enjoyed the gorgeous view from the 6th floor balcony overlooking the ocean. The complimentary chairs and umbrellas at the beach were very nice as well as the adult pool. The owner is very accessible and worked with us through some unfortunate circumstances. We had an amazing vacation!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

What a wonderful unit! I don't even want to call it a unit, it is more like a "home"! It was for us. A home away from home. Beautifully decorated in a "British Colonial" style. With a very appropriate added loving touch for "golf". Comfortable and welcoming, this unit/home, welcomed us with open arms. My husband and I, along with three girls, ages 21, 16, and 7. Enough room that no one was in anyone's way. The kitchen was just like being at home, easy to cook in with all the right necessities. Even a pretty good stock of condiments and miscellaneous items in the ridge - using "the honor system for replacement" . We cooked breakfast everyday, had lunch in and a couple of dinners. But, most of all, it was our home during "Tropical Storm Debby"! The welcoming comfort of this home, made our vacation great through all the rain rain rain and more rain, we swam in the ocean and the beautiful pools in the rain. So, we spent a lot of time inside this beautiful home and we will look forward to planning another getaway to see what it is like without the "rain". Very comfortable accomodations - very clean and odor free. We ate all of our meals on the beach or on the balcony table - too pretty to stay inside! This condo is equipped with everything we needed - and I mean EVERYTHING. If/when we book again, I'll only bring our clothes, a tub mat (we take this with us on all trips with three little babies so they don't slip in the tub), the pack and play and a step stool so the oldest can reach the sink. They even had toddler utensils (which I packed and won't next time). One HUGE bonus of this property is that there are beach chairs and umbrellas provided FREE of charge (they do take tips) at the beach near the pool. So - no need to pack your chairs or your umbrella either! If we vacation on the Atlantic again, we wouldn't hesitate to rebook here! We've already suggested this condo to our parents for their next trip.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway.

Condo was great. Could not have made a better choice if i had seen it in person first. Nice to see the entire beach from the 6th floor (penthouse unit). A lilttle rainy but had a great time. Beach and pool were great except for the occasional snake that decided to sunbathe on the pool deck but hey, its Florida. Workout room is always a nice plus. Owner has a nice video collection and games for use while you stay. Climbed the lighthouse in St. Augustine and when we got back down my 5 year old wanted to know if we could go back up. We did. Found out from the attendant that the record is 25 times in one day. My eight year old wants to comeback next year to break the record. We will and I think he can. Skipped Disney this year and went to Legoland. Had a good time but would not recommend it for kids older than 12. They might get bored. Found a Pepsi promo online that made it worthwhile - pay adult price and kid's ticket is free. Kennedy Space Center - really nothing new there and not worth the trip if you have been there recently. However, they are buidling some new additions due to open up next year that look a little more kid interavtice. Wanted to take my wife ziplining over the alligators at the Alligator Farm but ran out of time. Tried a couple fo new restuarants this time around in St. Augustine that included the The Counch House and Santa Maria. The Counch House was by far the best meal we had the entire trip and is a "must eat." Sit outside at a tiki table and enjoy one of their fresh catch specials. Santa Maria was just OK but fun for the kids who can feed fish from the table. Another good eat in St. Augustine is the Saltwater Cowboy. All three have unique settings. Saw a pirate ship take off while eating at the Santa Maria that the kids wanted to go on. Next year. Ran out of time. Wish I had two weeks there. As far as resturants close to the condo there is always the Mezzaluna (italian) at the European Village. In conclusion, had another great vacation in Cinnamon Beach and am ready to book for next year. Enjoy.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

We stayed in this unit for 2 weeks in late April/early May. There were five of us for most of the time and 8 for a few nights. The accomodations were great for 5 but a little tight for 8. The unit is clean and very well equiped, and has a great ocean view. The pools were very nice and the beach is uncrowded and safe for swiming due to the sand bars which extend quite far out. Our 2 six year old grandchildren enjoyed the pools and the beach very much. I was disappointed that the Ocean Hammock golf courses are so expensive and not easily accessable, but there are a number of nice and more affordable golf courses within 30-45 minutes. Restaurants in the Flagler Beach area (10-15 minutes away) were generally good, reasonably priced and fun. We enjoyed our stay, have recommended the location and unit to others, and look forward to coming back again in the future.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway.

We had high expectations and the condo was much better than we expected. The location and views were breathtaking. Everything that we wanted was right there so we didn't have to rush out to the grocery and the recommendations for restaurants from previous guests were right-on. The only problem was that we had to leave. As an indication of how well we liked this condo, we plan to book at least two weeks for next year.Recommended for: Age 55+

We loved our time in this gorgeous, clean condo. The high ceilings in the penthouse made the unit feel larger than the rooms appear in the pictures. The complex has beautfiul landscaping and good security. The walk to the pool and fitness centre is not far and is a great place to find shade when the sun is hot in the afternoon. The beach is beautful and has great swimming. It was nice not having to worry about being stung by jelly fish. There is a gorgeous view of the ocean from the balcony. The location in Palm Coast is perfect to go sightseeing in St. Augustines, Daytona and Orlando. We would love to return for another great vacation.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

This home was perfect in every way. The cleanest ever! The owners were very helpful when booking this vacation. They even offered local dining recomendations, which was very helpful. Located directly on the ocean, you could see up and down the beach for miles. Thanks to the owners for giving us access to the video library, but I never got around the watching the big screen. We were either on the beach, or hanging around the kitchen with the attatched bar area. Thanks for making this trip possible. A great deal, I hope to take advantage of again and again. What an awesome time we had at the beach. The condo was clean, every detail taken care of, and was exactly as the Codays said it was. The view was spectacular and every room comfortable. We felt as if we were at home. The owner answered all our questions we had before we got there and they had info at the condo from different restaurants and places of interest around there. Cinnamon Beach was gorgeous. We have never heard of this area before and were pleasantly surprised. We cannot wait to return next year. It is absolutely beautiful all around the condo as well. We had a great time swimming in the ocean, collecting shells, walking on the beach, swimming at the pool, watching birds and biking. St. Augustine is 20 minutes north and lots of sightseeing there. This is the best condo we have ever stayed. We had a wonderful family vacation! There were 6 of us, one senior, two adults, two teens, and a three year old. There was something for everyone. The beach was great. The rocks are amazing at low tide; you can see all the sea life amongst them. During high tide they are well below water surface. Swimming and surfing were great. At low tide there is a long stretch of sandbar, and the water is calm. Everyone was able to walk straight out into the water. The condo is amazing, very accommodating, well maintained. We also enjoyed the pools, and the workout facility. The grounds are very well kept, and security is great. There was no need to worry about the boys being off on their own. There were great places to eat in the area, as well as the condo had an exquisite gourmet kitchen. That was great, because our two teenagers are always looking for something to eat! Ha! We also took a couple of trips to nearby locales, St. Augustine, and Daytona. They were great places to visit. We took a day trip over to Disney. Our three year old daughter wanted to meet the princesses, and visit Minnie's house. At the end of each day, the condo area was quiet and restful, no noisy troublemakers. We did not want to leave. We highly recommend this place to everyone!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

We (a family of four with two young children) spent a wonderful week in this beautiful and spacious apartment that directly overlooks the ocean. At night we fell asleep to the sounds of the ocean and during the day we were greeted with glorious sunrises. From the balcony, we could see dolphins and schools of fish swim by. The beach is spectacular and the pools and facilities are new and clean. All of us enjoyed every minute of this wonderful adventure. We spent Jan-Feb 2010 in this unit at Cinnamon Beach and enjoyed every minute of it.The condo itself is comfortable, spacious, and situated on the oceanside. This resulted in spectacular views while working in the kitchen.Hammack Beach facilities include 2 heated pools. 2 hot tubs,a large rec room with pool and tvs and a fitness center which was often crowded in the ealy morning. The beach is not conducive to swimming-coqiuna rock.Low tide would be best for this activity. The beach itself is fabulous and covered with seashells.Dolphins were sighted most days from the balcony and sunrises were a delight to behold. If you are interested in experiencing"Old Florida"this is the place to be.It is also ideal for history buffs, nature, or beachwalks. There are numerous state parks, boardwalks, and historic sights within close proximity. For birders, the Florida Bird Trail is close by while I counted 50 types of birds just on the property.we were fortunate to see the endangered Right Whales, armadillo, manatee, and the elusive alligator in the pond. There are numerous good restaurants in the area ranging from low to high end.All in all, we would suggest this condo for a great vacation surrounded by friendly people.Did you find this review helpful? Wow we stayed here for a week. What a beautiful place. There was so much to do and not a lot of time to do it all. We saw the space shuttle launch that was incrediable. We watched as the dolphins played in the water right in front of our balcony. The condo was clean and even though we arrived there a little early, we were treated very nicely by the cleaners. They call us as soon as they were ready. We had lunch at the deli by the pool. Food was very good. Can't wait to come back there and will recommend this condo to all our friends. Thank you so much for opening up your home to us. We also went to Sea World about one hour away and went to Christmas Florida for a air boat ride. That was excellent. So much fun. Went to Coco Beach about 2 hours away and Daytona Beach about 1 hour away. So there is so much once you get settled.Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 1/2

This was our first stay in this condo but hopefully won't be our last. It is spacious and beautifully decorated. The high ceilings make it feel really big. This is the most luxurious amentity I have stayed. You would never know you were away from home. The sunrise is Breath taking as it comes up over the ocean and if you are fortunate enough to be there during a full moon it is grand. My girlfriends and I enjoyed our girls "retreat" sitting up on the balcony till all hours. I have stayed here before and would recomend this to all my family and friends. It is a great value per day, but even more if you rent by the week or month. There is plenty to do for the whole family and with in driving distance. We look forward to our next stay. Upon opening the door of this condo my entire family said, "WOW". We have stayed at 6 or 7 VRBO condos but this by far is the nicest condo ever. Everything was in perfect order and each of my two children had their own bedroom. Everything was top of the line and beautifully decorated. The view was awesome and we enjoyed it so much I cooked several nights and we ate on the balcony. That was better than any restaurant could offer. We say dolphins everyday and the last day on the beach manatee's actually swam about 20 feet from us. We watched movies at night. I tried to think of what would make our stay better and could not think of a thing. Everything was perfect! You will not go wrong if you book this one.Did you find this review helpful? What a fantastic place. It's a 180 degree ocean front view....much more than the one photo shows. We watched dolphins from the porch every day. The condo is absolutely stunning in every detail...from the great beds...to luxurious towels, I'm not kidding everything is perfect. The towels are so amazing, we wondered whether we were actually suppose to use them or look for cheaper ones in the closet. This penthouse is the only way to go...I slept like a child listening to the ROAR of the waves in the ocean front master suite. The owners are local and actually live here part of the year....it's not just some unattended/ unloved rental. Book with total confidence.Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 1/1

We just returned from a week long stay at this condo and I have to say that this is the nicest beach home I've ever been in. The community is extremely well maintained to go along with this ultra luxurious beach front condo. Stunning views of the ocean, landscaping, and golf courses perfectly compliment the elegant interior. Comfortable beds, top of the line furniture, a well-stocked kitchen, very nice working appliances, huge TV, dvd players, large dvd collection, berber carpet...the list goes on. This place is truly perfect. It was hard to believe that every single thing in the condo was top of the line, but it was! I told my wife I was trying to find the one area where the owner "skimped", but neither of us could find the cheap stuff! The decor, bedding, appliances, everything was ultra nice and VERY expensive. One of my favorite areas of the condo was the peaceful beach front balcony. I've stayed in many other beach front condos before and can truly say that this one had a private balcony 3 times larger than any other place I've stayed. The entire place is like that though, huge! High (18ft?) ceilings ran throughout the entire condo with vaults, arches, and craftsmanship. One word…expansive. The A/C was powerful and kept the place cool and comfortable. All of the major appliances were Whirlpool and worked perfectly. Linens were clean and well stocked. No weird smells or odors. Perfectly clean and comfortable throughout. It’s obvious this is someone’s home and they really care about it. The beach was very easy to walk to and was a lot of fun for my 3 year old. We all really liked the "natural" beach setting with very few people, lots of wildlife (turtles, dolphins, birds, etc), and well-maintained landscape leading up to the sand. The pools were a short walk from the building and were perfect for kids and adults alike. The kid’s pool has a gradual slope from 0-3 feet that makes it easy for little guys to splash and play. On the side of the kids pool is a water slide and fun zone for the slightly older kids. The adult pool is more of a regular layout that goes to 6 feet. It overlooks the ocean and has a nice manicured walkway to the sand. Both pools had lots of chairs and lounge chairs for sunning and lounging. Both pools had hot tubs. Kids are allowed at the adult pool if accompanied by an adult. My wife and I both agree that this place is probably about as nice as you can get in the Palm Coast area. I don’t currDid you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 2/2
