Our love of Hawaii has lead us to Maui. We were drawn to Kihei by the relaxed lifestyle, the proximity to beautiful beaches, great diving, snorkeling, and local golf. The beauty of ocean sunsets in Kihei is not to be missed.
Hale Kamaole is located in South Kihei across from Kamaole Beach Park III. The complex is situated on seven (7) acres of beautifully landscaped grounds with two swimming pools, a tennis court, two barbecue areas, and full laundry facilities. Our Unit is in Building #6, located on the Wailea side of the complex.
Our home is a NON-SMOKING spacious, top-floor unit affording additional privacy. You will find that our fully furnished home is well appointed and features: two bedrooms, two baths, a loft, a complete kitchen, washer, dryer, a nicely decorated living room, and an outdoor lanai. It will comfortably sleep four to six people. The living area allows you to relax in comfort and includes cable with a large flat screen TV, with closed caption capability, DVD, and stereo with CD player. There is another large flat screen TV in the Master suite.

Why the Owner Chose Hale Kamaole
We chose Hale Kamaole because of the immediate access to Kamaole Beach Beach III. We have an unobstructed view of the ocean in the upper part of the complex where there are no overhead lines at our complex. We hang out at the pool, we BBQ at the upper grill, and we have an adult beverage and watch the sunsets either at the beach or from the BBQ as we prepared dinner. The tough part is that you don't want to leave to go home to the mainland. We're confident that you'll feel the same way as we do. If you have any doubts, then just call us and we'll explain.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Unlike may owners, we actually plan to live in Maui and that's why our condo #254 is more of a 2nd home than just a rental condo. We have a full kitchen with all the necessities. We finished our unit so that it would be functional and attractive. Our unit is on the Wailea side and is cooler than most as we do not receive direct sun. Yes, you can see the west Maui mountains as well as a partial ocean view of Hale Kamaole Beach III. We have comfortable beds, linens and accessories that we upgrade every year in preparation for new and repeat guests.

We come to Maui a few weeks per year and stay in our fully furnished unit. We have a full time home in Colorado but plan to share time between Maui and Colorado when we retire though that is still a number of years away. We are careful whom we rent to as we want our guests to enjoy their visit but we also want them to take of the unit for our future guests. We have numerous repeat guest. Many have commented that it's the nicest unit they have stay in while staying at Hale Kamaole. You can tell that by reading our guest log.

This condo was everything we were looking for and more! Super clean, really comfortable and the location is great. We really liked how easy it was to get to the beach (a quick stroll across the road) and how everything we needed was readily available. The condo description is spot on and we got exactly what we expected. We would definitely stay here again!

OMG! we had such a wonderful vacation in Maui in August. We really didn’t want to leave. The condo was perfect for us. I had my 3 daughters with me, one used the guest room and the other two used the twin beds in the loft area. The beds were cozy, everyone had their own space. There were beach towels and beach chairs which was very convenient for us. We found the condo convenient to many things like the beach, the Wailea Grand Hotel where we went to a Luau, across the street is a boat dock where we did a snorkel tour. We used the pool until 9:00 pm at night. It was just great and we plan to come back — soon.

We were so lucky to have found this gem in Maui! My family and I spend a week at Chuck and Teresa’s condo and it was everything that we hoped for and more. We were very pleased with everything ranging from the cleansiness, the appliances, decor and location of the unit. Our trip was a first for the entire family and we cannot wait to book again. We enjoyed our stay at your condo. Turns out we stayed in your unit 6 years ago!! Mostly everyone snorkled quite often, shopped some and ate well. Took in the Luau up the beach at the big hotel and the fire guy was outstanding as was dinner and the rest of the show. Kids took us to Mom’s fish house for my birthday dinner so that was great. Had a good breakfasts etc at the 5 Palms Grill and that was wonderful one morning. Had sundown dinner at Moose McGillicuties and that was good and not a bad price. Played tennis with my granddaughter several times. Even starting at 7 am by 7:45 it’s getting warm etc. Those birds really make it unnecessary to carry and alarm clock don’t they. Both granddaughters went ziplining andenjoyed that. It was an excellent time in Maui.

Thank you for sharing your home with us. Not only is it beautifully furnished and decorated, but it has all the little touches (from well appointed kitchen and terrific master bathroom to beach towels and tennis rackets) that make it feel “home”. The complex itself and the beach across the way are fantastic as well. We’ve loved our stay on Maui and will definitely come back.

Dear Chuck and Teresa…thank you again for sharing your “vacation” home with our family of 5. Your condo was above our expectations – clean, spacious, well equipped, and close to the important things (Beach, BBQ and Pool). The convenient parking was another plus. It was nice to stroll down to the beach for early morning swims, and sunset drinks. Some highlights were snorkelling at Po’olenalena Beach (close to Makena), Nakalele Blowhole, Haleakala Crater, the town of Pa’ia (Maui’s Tofino). A great book to invest in before going is “Maui Revealed” by Andrew Doughty, it is truly the Ultimate Guide Book with lots of great tips you wont find in most travel books. Thanks Again!!

Hi Teresa, We had a wonderful trip, what a beautiful island! We saw a lot of great things, we will never forget! The accommodations at your condo were very comfortable, and suited our family well. This condo is everything and more that the owner said it was. The condo was very clean and spacious had everything we needed right down to beach chairs, umbrella and a cooler to take to the beach it indeed was a home away from home. Hale Kamaole is directly across the street from a beautiful beach so no driving it also has two great pools. We were so impressed with the grounds at the condo, beautiful gardens and again so clean. Hale Kamaole is a five min walk from great restaurants, shops and several other beaches. Would we recommend the Hale Kamaole property 64376 to others well.
