Our love of Hawaii has lead us to Maui. We were drawn to Kihei by the relaxed lifestyle, the beautiful beaches, great diving, snorkeling, and golf. The beauty of ocean sunsets in Kihei is not to be missed.

Owner's Profile
Owner Description
Year Purchased: 1999
We come to Maui a few weeks per year and stay in our full furnished unit. We have a full time home in Colorado but plan to share time between Maui and Colorado when we retire though that is still a number of years away. We are careful whom we rent to as we want our guests to enjoy their visit but we also want them to take of the units for our future guests. We have numerous repeat guest. Many have commented that it's the nicest unit they have stay in while staying at Hale Kamaole. You can tell that by reading our guest log.
Why the Owner Chose Hale Kamaole
We chose Hale Kamaole because of the iimediate access to Kamaole Beach Beach III. We have an unobstructed view of the ocean as there are no overhead lines at our complex. We hang out at the pool, we BBQ at the upper grill, and we have an adult beverage and watch the sunsets either at the beach or from the BBQ as we prepared dinner. The tough part is that you don't want to leave to go home to the mainland. We're confident that you'll feel the same way as we do. If you have any doubts, then just call us and we'll explain.
The Unique Benefits of this Condominium
Unlike may owners, we actually plan to live in Maui and that's why our condo #254 is more of a 2nd home than just a rental condo. We actually have a full kitchen with all the necessity. We finished our unit so that it would be functional and attractive as we actually plan to live there. We purposely chose an inside unit as it's cooler since you don't have the direct sun. Yes, you can see the west Maui mountains as well as a partial ocean view of Hale Kamaole Beach III. We have comfortable beds, linens and accessory that we upgrade every year in preparation for new and repeat guests.

Dear Teresa and Chuck, We had such a lovely and relaxing time in your home. It was so wonderfully furnished and decorated. We felt so much at home. The beach and water were perfect. We started everyday at the beach.... Then each day was a new adventure. The weather was good for us a well. We had lunch and dinner at Stella Blues. On our day in Lahaina we ate lunch at Kimo’s. Fabulous view and food. I found a great store at the shops of Wailea that had a great selection of Koa wood items; Marin and MacArthurs. On the day we chose to visit Haleakala we at lunch at Mama’s Fish House on the north shore. It had a fabulous view, lots of surfers and the restaurant was very Hawaiian....Thank you for the magazines and all your suggestions. We can hardly wait to visit again.

We hate to leave such beauty here in Maui. It’s been a wonderful 10 days! We tried to see and do everything we could including Pearl Harbor. We survived the road to Hana, it’s beauty was worth the drive. After each day it was nice to return here to your lovely Maui home. Thank you for sharing. We came here for a beach wedding. James Franklin and Jordanna Copeland were married with the perfect sunset for a background. That was the highlight of the trip. The beaches were beautiful. I snorkeled for the first time. Everyone should go to a Luau here. We have many memories to carry with us that will last a lifetime. Thank you. We had a wonderful stay here in your lovely condo. My husband and I, 2 grandmothers, and once aunt came to see our son’s marriage. He and his bride chose a traditional Hawaiian wedding ceremony on the each at sunset. It was moving and beautiful. What a great beginning to their married life. Of course we also saw as many of the Maui sites as possible. We all loved the scenic Hana Highway drive and the Poli Poli forest area. We splurged on a dinner at the Waterfront Restaurant. The fist was heavenly and our waiter made the best Caesar salad at our tale. We leave with many beautiful memories of Maui.

Dear Chuck and Teresa, Thank you so much for sharing your lovely Maui home with us. We had lots of time to relax and enjoy the local beaches. The morning walk along the beach was wonderful! We certainly didn’t see it all and will be back! Our favourites were Keawakapu beach, Café O Lei and meeting the other visitors and local folks! Thanks again.

Dear Teresa & Chuck, Where do I begin? Your condo is beautifully appointed; your master suite is magnificent! Your kitchen is well stocked; the whole place is so comfortable! We practically lived on the lanai. We loved the view and the cool breezes. Everything we did was amazing. Road to Hana, golfing, beaches, BBQ…. Never a disappointing meal at a restaurant. The submarine tour was definitely worth it. The Feast at LeLe was fantastic. Thank you!
