Accommodations: Home, 4 Bedrooms + Loft, 3.5 Baths (Sleeps 10-12)
Our home is located north of Harbor Springs on M-119, a Heritage Highway commonly known as the Tunnel of Trees, Half mile north of Good Hart. The house is a two-story, very comfortable, log home with(4)bedrooms,(3)baths, living room, kitchen, dining room, great room, loft area,and family room in the basement.
The main floor: living room, kitchen, dining room,(1)bedroom with double bed, full bath, Great Room, and two tiered deck system. From the Great Room there is a wonderful view of Lake Michigan, Beaver Island, our pond system, waterfalls, and wildlife in the backyard.
The second floor: master bedroom suite (king-size bed, full bath with whirlpool tub and extra-large shower, and private deck overlooking the ponds and lush gardens);(2)additional bedrooms, full bath, and a loft area (with two queen sofabeds) that overlooks the Great Room and Lake Michigan. The family room in the basement provides additional sleeping space for up to six (6) persons.
The property adjoins the township park, which has hiking and cross-country ski trails. A five minute walk takes you to the township beach and beautiful Lake Michigan. For the smores lovers in all of us there is a firepit for campfires (weather permitting, you supply the wood). You will also find easy access to golf, skiing, hunting, fishing, boating, shopping, and historical sites.
A 50% of the rent deposit will hold your reservation. The balance, plus your refundable $400.00 security deposit in a separte check (to cover damages, excessive cleaning or telephone charges), are due 30 days prior to arrival. There is a cleaning fee as follows groups under 15/$150.00. This is payable at check out to our property manager. There is now WIFI available for a per stay basis. Please note: WE DO NOT ALLOW PETS OF ANY KIND INSIDE OR OUT!!
Cancellations received a minimum of 30 days in advance of the arrival date, will be refunded, less a $300.00 cancellation fee. There are no refunds for cancellations less than 30 days in advance of the arrival date.
Our summer check in is Saturday after 4:30PM and check out is Saturday prior to 10AM.
Weekend check in is Friday after 4:30 PM and check out is Sunday prior to 12 Noon.
