2 professional, late 20 - young 30 yr olds sharing the cabin in Tahoe City for the winter and are looking for a few select skiers to share the cabin on a part time basis. This is not for full time occupancy. $1,500 will get you a bed for the season. Guests you bring will pay $35/night or $50/weekend.. All utilities covered including Snow Removal, Gas, Electric, DSL, Satellite TV, etc. Lots of off street parking.

Snow skiers, you will love the easy "back side" access to Alpine Meadows Ski Resort in the winter. Avoid all the traffic at the "Y" in Tahoe City! The cabin is also located on a "primary snow removal" street meaning it's always one of the first plowed by the County.
Charming, "Old Tahoe" style, three bedrooms, two bath cabin with a detached one-car garage, on the West Shore of Lake Tahoe. The cabin is partly knotty pine plank walls, wood and slate floors, and an open-beam ceiling living room, creating a feeling of warmth and classic charm. New leather furniture and rustic log pole tables, bar, and chairs recreate the authentic Tahoe mountain-style theme throughout. The fully-equipped kitchen, has all new stainless steel appliances, including trash compactor, refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, and gas stove make this a cook’s delight. The living room is equipped with a large screen plasma TV, VCR/DVD/CD, DirecTV Satellite with ALL the premium stations including HBO, SHOWTIME, etc. Each bedroom has a queen bed and there is plenty of room for sleeping bags in the 3rd loft bedroom.
For the vacationing working person, the cabin is equipped with WiFi DSL, printer and fax.
The cabin is located just three short blocks to the lake and the popular PRIVATE Tahoe Park Home Owners beach. Walk down to the beach for a day of sun and fun in the water! Set on over three immaculately maintained acres, the Tahoe Park beach has over 800 feet on the water with two piers, protected swim area, buoy fields, lush sprawling lawns, volleyball court, horseshoe pits, basketball court, playground, and lakefront barbecues and picnic tables (can be reserved for private get togethers by calling the Beach office). This is truly one of the nicest and large private and monitored beaches on the lake and makes for great family vacations. If you cannot afford to rent right on the lake, this is the next best thing!
This cabin is also located one block of the main bike trail, hiking trails, two markets, Sunnyside Restaurant and Marina, and Firesign Café. It is very close to downtown Tahoe City for great shopping, dining, and more. If you are a snow skier, you will love the easy "back side" access to Alpine Meadows Ski Resort in the winter.
