Bale guest house description
The apartment consists of the kitchen, two double-bedded rooms with sofabed each, a bathroom and a balcony. It is completely equiped: the fridge, the stove, washing-maschine, TV - satelite, radio, the dishes, beddings and towels, etc. Two persons can sleep in each sleeping room + one person or child can sleep on the sofabed (couch in each room). The towels, tea towels and linen are available (two towels per person, which are changed every two days). You should bring your own beach towels. The bathroom has one washbasin, bidet, a bathing tub and toilet. It`s a washing mascine in. You have a view of the green park and the quiet street. There is a summer kitchen, barbecue, outdoor shower and 8 deck chairs near the pool. Parking place is inside the yard.
The place is very quiet,the private houses area, far away from the main street. The same time two more couples with/without a child would share the pool and the outdoor contents on our property with you. Number of wooden banches and other contents is consistent with the number of guests, so that the space is reserved for you near the pool. Even more, your hosts use to organise a gathering with dinner.
In walking distance there are two markets and 12 restaurants (100m - 800 m).
There is also a gas station, pharmacy, bank, butcher, fishmonger and a tourist agency.
The owner lives on the groundfloor.

Familiar, nice and comfortable
Familiar, nice and comfortable
Pretty nice area with a big siwmming pool and a comfortable outside-kitchen, where you can cook and make barbecues; a good place for couples but also for families with children; calm and comfortable; the apartments are clean und fully furnished; the owner, a very gentle couple, make wine, liqueur and oil by their own, very tasty und you could buy it from them, it´s a very familiar atmosphere and we and also our chilrdren had a lot of fun the last stays and love to come back; For reaching the beaches (Banjole, Medulin, Kap Kamenjak) you need to go by car a few minutes, also for having other activities like shopping (Pula, Rovinj), History (Pula), excursions (Brunj, Limski Canal) and sports (Medulin) Overall a very nice place to spend the holidays!

About the owner: My name is Biserka Bencic, born in Slovenia, at 1952. My profession is a teacher of croatian language, but I was employed on Pula airport. I retired at 2013. Renting apartments is my second job and I do my best to be good in it. I am glad to have more time to devote me to it now in retirement. Why the Owner Chose Bale:
From the beginning, year 1986. when my husband an I arrived to this place, I was fascinated. A small fisherman`s village, not crowded, 500 inhabitants, when one feels wellcome and save. Nice green nature, wonderfull beaches and blue, clean sea all arround. We started to build the house and we continued it in a few phases until 2001. The last we did was the pool, 6 years ago. My guests usually say: 'oh, it is even more beautiful than on the pictures!'..and this is my biggest pleasure. I feel free to recommend it to you, too.
