Short walk to beach, convenience store, liquor store, ice cream shop (for the kids) and Dunkin Donuts. Fully furnished, A/C units in bedrooms, large open great room with cathedral ceilings and bay window, outdoor shower,2 new decks; one enclosed and one open/airy. Renovated and expanded,1st floor master bedroom suite and new kitchen w/ granite counters and backsplash. (see photo of kitchen.)

Bike to Block Island Ferry or Point Judith Lighthouse. Short walk to playground. Located close to many great restaurants and public golf courses. 20 minutes to scenic Newport, 35 minutes to Mystic Seaport/Aquarium, 30 minutes Foxwoods or Mohegan Sun casinos. 20 minutes to Westerly + Watch Hill.
Sorry, No Smoking and Pets are not allowed in or on the property. Sun, beach, swimming, biking, golfing and boating await you! This is your place for the ultimate family vacation.

Hi Judy and Jim, We wanted to tell you that we had a wonderful time during our 2 week stay at your house. The house comfortably accommodated the 8 of us (my husband and I and our 3 sons and their girlfriends) and was plenty big for my extended family to have dinners with us over the 4th of July weekend. The location was great. Though it wasn't as hot as it was this past week, it was warm and we were sure glad we had the a.c. to sleep comfortably at night. Other than the gas grill running out of gas right when we got there (on Sunday when we had people over for dinner), we had no other problems. Thanks for sharing your comfortable home with us. ee

Dear Judy and Jim, Thanks so much for sharing your home. It worked out great. We had great weather and the location of you home couldn't be better. Scarborough Beach was wonderful. Your home has such a feeling of family. We brought our kayaks and really enjoyed Point Judith Pond. We really enjoyed the deck and playing with the kids in the yard. Thanks so much for everything.

Each year gets better and better- you have made the house ever more attractive and comfortable. The "master suite" and kitchen renovations are great! We've had a perfect week. P.S. We loved Narragansett Grill!

The M & C families had a wonderful vacation. The weather was perfect and we spent part of every day on the beach. We visited Block Island and Newport. We rode bikes everywhere. The house was perfect! Plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Thank goodness for the AC as it was very humid. Thank you sharing your lovely home.
