The lakeside cottage was architecturally designed and featured in City and Country Home in 1988. The cottage is very unique. It is mainly on one floor and has all amenities including a sauna. The Queen size Master bedroom with ensuite including a Jacuzzi has a walkout to the south facing deck that extends the entire length of the cottage with magnificent views of the lake. At the same end as the Master bedroom there is a large great room with a wood burning stone fireplace adjacent to and part of the open fully equipped kitchen.
The guest Queen size bedroom at the other end also has an ensuite with a walkout to the deck. There are two bedrooms above with twin beds and each with a small deck and a shared bathroom as well as a balcony overlooking the large family/entertainment room.
There is a double slip boathouse with ensuite and queen bedroom above. There is a large dock area with ladders as well as a small beach with walk-in steps for swimming. A canoe, kayak. double cedar strip row boat and albacore sail boat are available for use. There is also a full size coloured surface private tennis court.
