1,800 square foot, oceanfront condominium with spectacular 38 foot balcony providing great panoramic ocean views. Luxuriously furnished with all amenities provided, meaning it's ready to occupy. Beach chairs, beach towels, and other beach equipment are provided as well as an outside grill included on the balcony. There is seating on the balcony for eight along with a large table for outside dining.
You'll have lots of space in which to get lost. Each bedroom has a large T.V. and plenty of storage space. The spacious living room includes Big Screen TV along with stereo, DVD and VCR player. A Queen size sleeper sofa provides additional sleeping space and there is ample seating for 10+ people. The large Master Bedroom, with private entrance to a cozy section of the balcony, features a king bed, his & her chests, large T.V., walk-in closet, great bathroom and view of the ocean. The guest bedroom features bunk beds, a full-sized sleeper sofa, and T.V. with DVD & VCR player built in.
The kitchen is to die for with all amenities such as a toaster, food processor, blender, and other critical appliances. Granite counter tops throughout with a massive island just right for sitting around during meal preparation. There are also plenty of barstools to make everyone comfortable. The glass dining room table easily seats six along with the nearby eating space around the bar and island. Even a walk-in pantry is available if one chooses to stock up on food. Both washer & dryer are included in the condo.
The beach is only a few steps away and the view from the balcony is unobstructed. The private pool/spa is reserved for Surf Club III residents/guests only and there is a large grill and party area for entertaining around the pool. Tennis courts, shuffle board, and lots of golf courses are on the property or nearby. Hiking and biking trails run right through the property and a nearby boat launch area and private "daylight only" boat house are part of this great package. This gated condominium can't be beat for the view or the location.
