  We had such a fantastic time at this condo, and it was an excellent choice that I will book again when possible. The room was clean and as described, all electronics were in perfect working order, and it was cutely decorated as shown in the photos. The main balcony gave an excellent view of the pool and the bay, as well as for watching people play tennis. The other balcony, off the bedroom, let us see the ocean. The complex was well-kept and quiet hours rules were enforced. We were able to easily walk to the beach, barely noticed that it was across the street since that part of the road had such light/no traffic. Also, it was a short drive to some great local restaurants, including the Oyster House and The Hangout. As an added plus that we haven't always gotten with other condos, the condo owner was very friendly and responsive throughout our booking and stay process. I have recommended this condo/complex to my family & friends and hope to stay here again soon!!

  We had multiple issues while here during our stay. The remote control in the living room had dead batteries, there was no guide for tv channels so we had to stand & press the button on the side of the tv to find children television shows for our 2 small children. We were misinformed by the photos on if the suite was beachside or not, also on the size of the suite. VERY SMALL... There is no privacy here whatsoever. Not worth the $. Some of the electrical outlets didnt work, The outside patio furniture was very cheap,the televisions would say "signal lose"after 10pm each night, and we woke up multiple nights when the air had quit working ALL DOORS& WINDOWS were shut. The walls are so thin you can hear conversations from below as well as above.The pool was a green color when we first arrived. Also when I emailed the owner upon arrival about we thought the suite was beach side I got no reply. We will not be staying in these rentals again& I DONT reccomend them to anyone.

  Owner response: The website states that our private beach is directly across the street. Phone calls with concerns are best. Calls are monitored from 8am-8pm 7 days/week. Emails can be filtered into spam and missed. This unit has a brand new AC unit that was installed spring 2012. Unfortunately, cable service is beyond my control. As well as batteries. It is not uncommon for good batteries to be replaced with non-working batteries in remotes on rental units.:( They have been replaced with new again.

  Nice & clean little condo. Anymore than 2 people would be a crowd. Adequate kitchen ware and utensils. There is a bike lane on the main beach road which is nice for walkers and bikers. Owner is not the best at communication, but we did eventually get the info we needed. I would consider staying here again.

  We will not be staying in this condo again. We had multiple problems. The owner would not email or call me back when I needed her to let me know if she had received my check or to give us the code, check in/out procedure. We finally got the code the day before we left. We also had a problem while we were there at the condo, the air stopped working the second day. When I emailed the owner she said it wasn't working because the balcony door was open earlier that day. This made me and my family feel very uncomfortable that someone was watching us while we were there. This is a nice condo and we have stayed at the gulf shores surf and racquet club Many times but we will never stay in this room again!

  Owner response: Check in/out information is emailed to guests. Depending upon individual computer settings, emails can be filtered into spam folders. It is best to verify that check in information has been received. The A/C units can freeze up when doors are left open and the unit runs continuously. Complex management notices when unit balcony doors are left open for extended periods of time.

  My boyfriend and I decided to plan a last minute holiday get away, and didn't do alot of research just booked the first thing we found. This was perfect for us, we love to fish- so the piers were nice next time we will bring the fishing gear. We spent most of our time laying on the beach, eventhough the pool area was beautiful. Everyone was friendly, no one bothered us, and the beach wasn't overly crowded. We can't wait to visit again!

  My sister, my cousin and I had an amazing trip to Gulf Shores, AL. The weather wasn't too cooperative so a lot of time was spent inside this cozy condo. We loved that it had 2 balconies, a bed and a pull out couch, an easy to use DVD player and space! Our time was short but enjoyable. We recommend taking time to visit the Blue Angel's practice at the Naval Air Museum in FL. Not only is it free to watch them practice but it's free to visit the museum of aviation. Great for all ages! De Soto's is one of the best seafood resturants there!! Every trip down we visit there for dinner. If you go to collect shells from the beach make sure to wake up before sun rise! The beach combers are out early and its breath taking to watch the sun rise over the ocean. The Surf and Racquet Club is perfect! Far enough away from downtown where it is quiet and peaceful yet close enough to go and enjoy the excitement if desired. I have been visiting Gulf Shores for over 10 years now and every time is well worth it!

  This was a good condo unit close to the beach with excellent views from both private decks. Very quiet, very clean, well furnished, and maintained. I spoke with the owner by phone and email several times. Very nice lady and very easy to deal with. Damage deposit was promptly refunded after my stay. Just a couple of very minor problems: no TV remote and the couch had seen better days, which was a complaint frequently referred to in the guest book. Wireless internet access was not the greatest-slow and unstable/intermittent connection, though this is not the fault of the unit's owner so I can't fairly ding her for it. The condo complex management needs to make sure that guests in all units have reliable internet access, since internet access is pretty much now a necessity and not a luxury. Overall, no regrets whatsoever about booking this unit, would do it again.

  Recommended for: People with disabilities, sightseeing, age 55+, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, girls getaway.
