Windy Hill section is a quiet, family beach. The living room with the spectacular view of the ocean has a 32 inch TV, DVD, VCR with cable. The living room furniture is all new with a queen sleeper sofa. The balcony has comfortable high deck chairs to allow no obstruction from the wonderful beach view and a balcony bar for additional dining. Ceramic tile floor in the kitchen, hallway, laundry room and both bathrooms. The laundry room has it's own washer and dryer. The master bedroom has a new king bed, 27 inch TV, DVD with cable, private bath and private view of the beach. New granite counter top in master bath. The second bedroom has two twin beds, 20 inch TV with cable. There is a roll-away bed in closet.
