The balcony has comfortable high deck chairs to allow no obstruction from the wonderful beach view and a balcony bar for additional dining.
Ceramic tile floor in the kitchen, hallway, laundry room and both bathrooms. The laundry room has it's own washer and dryer.
The master bedroom has a new king bed, 27 inch TV, DVD with cable, private bath and private view of the beach. New granite counter top in master bath.
