Located at Windy Village, this low-rise two bedroom, two bath second floor oceanfront unit is located in North Myrtle Beach. Windy Hill section is a quiet, family beach.
The living room with the spectacular view of the ocean has a 40 inch Flat Screen TV, DVD, VCR with cable.
The balcony has comfortable high deck chairs to allow no obstruction from the wonderful beach view and a balcony rail for additional dining. The second floor gives you a much better view of beach.
New appliances in Kitchen and granite counter top. Ceramic tile floor in the kitchen, hallway, laundry room and both bathrooms. The laundry room has it's own washer and dryer.
The master bedroom has a new king bed, 26 inch Flat Screen TV, DVD with cable, private bath and private view of the beach. New granite counter top in master bath.
The second bedroom has two twin beds, 20 inch TV with cable and DVD Player. There is a roll-away bed in closet.

Why the Owner Chose Windy Village
This low rise unit has very little foot traffic and many owners do not rent, therefore even quieter than most. I had numberous choices of first, second and third levels when I purchased many years ago. I choice the 2nd floor because the view is better a little higher. I also choose the middle Ocean front unit for the privacy of the balcony.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Windy Hill is the best little neighborhood in the area, Ocean Blvd does not run the entire grand strand, so there is not much traffic. We can take certain streets in the neighborhood to go to shops and resturants and never leave or neighborhood. It's the best of both worlds, everything that you want to do in the area, but also it's nice and peacefull back in the neighborhood on the ocean. When you walk in the front door and see the ocean, your home.

What a great place! We have spent MANY vacations in this condo. We always have a wounderful time! It's quiet, clean, the view is breath taking! The Owners take great care of everything! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this condo! We just left there a few days ago..... I'm aleady planning our next trip real soon! Thanks Mike!

We had a blast this summer staying here. Great location, and great view. Owner was wonderful to work with and we had absolutely no problems. Loved that the beach right in front of our place was not busy and you always had a place to set up for the day. Went running in the mornings and am very greatful we were in a smaller building because it would get very busy by the others. Will definitely be coming back here!

Our family had a great time. It was close to beach, had lots of room and was perfect for any vacation. The place was clean, up to date for the kids and had an AWESOME view!!! We have had a great time and would love to come back in the future.

We just returned from a wonderful week spent at this condo, Everything was just as the listing said. We had everything we needed and more. The unit was clean and the bed was comfortable. The view of the ocean was awesome. The area was very quiet and close to everything. We could not have chosen a better place to stay in Myrtle Beach. We would recommend this condo to any of friends and family looking for a great condo in Myrtle Beach.

Great place to stay. Well equipped. Wonderful view from private balcony Easy access to the beach. Close to restaurants and attractions yet quiet and private. We like it much better than being in a high rise building. Stayed two Octobers in a row and plan to return next year.

Spent the week of Oct. 17-24 and enjoyed it thoroughly. Condo was clean and view superb. The furnishings are not lavish but adequate. The 32 steps to the unit were problematic. Next time we'll book a first floor. Loved the Windy Hill location. Convenient to everything yet quiet. Owner was great to work with. Chestnut Hill is a nice restaurant to visit. Terrific menu and prices, especially the early bird specials at 4-6 pm. Can't say enough positives about the place. We went twice.

This condo has great ocean and beach views. The inside is clean & has everything provided for a relaxing and comfortable stay. It is private, quiet, and super close to the beach. The location is convenient to restaurants and shopping. I'll be back again!

This is an excellent place to stay in Myrtle Beach. The view is wonderful and the price is excellent. The King Bed is comfortable and its great having a big TV in the master bedroom. We rented movies from the Blockbuster down the road and were able to enjoy them with the sound of the ocean in the background. I looked for several days (including ebay, VRBO, and other websites) and this is the BEST deal in Myrtle Beach for oceanfront. The condo complex is small so there is not a lot of foot traffic. My girlfriends and I stayed in this condo in December and had a wonderful time. The condo is furnished beautifully and the view is breathtaking! We enjoyed Christmas shopping and going to a show at Broadway at the Beach. This condo is convenient to everything! We will definitely come back!
