We had a great time in Ocean City and really enjoyed calling this place our home for the week. It was very clean and the kitchen was very well-stocked! The kids had a blast having all that space to run - it sure beat staying in a hotel. I was happy to have a washer/dryer to use. The location was convenient and we'd be thrilled to come back to stay here again! Thanks for being so accommodating, Terry!

Terry: Just a short note to once again say thank you for all you did to make sure that our family vacation was great for the third year in a row. The Condo was very clean as was the outdoor pool, the indoor pool and the spacious workout room. Being on the Bayside at the narrowest part of the Island the walk to the Beach only took five minutes which is always a plus. The Condo is in the middle of everything from Route 50 on one end to Delaware on the other end, which really helped this year because of the gas situation. But of all the positive things nothing beats sitting on your balcony watching the sunset. Looking forward to next year already. Ed. Christian Stroudsburg, Pa

This Spacious Condo is Fabulous.It's a home away from home. Very Neat and clean. It's also close to everything such as resturants, shopping, amusement, the beach and so much more.This is my second time staying at this condo and it won't be the last!!Thanks.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Bay 1. The accommodations are very contemporary, pristine and spacious. The location is very convenient. The beach and several good restaurants are within a short walking distance and it’s situated equidistant from the historic O.C. area and the northern O.C./Fenwick Island area.

Have stayed here the past 2 years. Very lovely place. convenient to the beach and really enjoy the indoor pool and exercise room. Will definitely stay there again.
