Welcome to this exceptional, six bedroom, ocean-front, with a pool, Sandstep upper unit. You will find this unit to be beautiful, luxurious and wonderful place to gather with your friends and family. The top two floors of this oceanfront, professional decorated unit contain everything you could ever want for your vacation.

Six bedrooms plus a sleeper queen sofa can accommodate up to 18 people and are configured with four kings including two ocean-front masters with magnificent views, one bedroom with two queens and one bedroom with two sets of twin over full bunk beds. Enjoy five TV's (two of which are flat-screen), three DVD's and a VCR. The gourmet kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, beautiful tile backsplash and Old World stained cabinets.

The splendid ocean-facing living room is located on the top floor. In addition, this unit features a private elevator so you and your luggage/groceries can easily travel up to the bedrooms and living space. Finally, there are four covered decks that offer you a private retreat to enjoy the sunset or read a book. Grill and beach chairs are provided. You will be sure to create beautiful family memories in this beautiful unit!

Pool is shared with the (3) SandStep Condos. The pool is private and never busy. Perfect for a cool dip with the kids after a day in the sun. Open May 1st - October 15th each year.

  • My friends and I celebrated my mother's 60 Birthday here. The weekend was filled with laughs, tears, encouragement and acknowleging God's wonders. The view was amazing. The accomodations were awesome. The kitchen was fully stocked!! It was amazing and the customer service was even better. Karen, God bless you and everything you do. You helped to make my mother's birthday an event we will never forget. The saddest part of the weekend was having to leave.

  • Karen - I can't believe no one has left a comment regarding this beautiful rental!! We had a wonderful time in your AMAZING beach house! Everything we needed was there and more! The decor throughout has inspired me and my girlfriends! Did you decorate it? We loved the colors, decorations, and the furniture was so comfortable! (we LOVED the yellow chairs with the pink flamingos!!). The kitchen, kitchen table and bedrooms were generous sizes! And the seating in the living room was large enough for all of us to have a comfortable seat to watch a movie. We will definitely be back!!
