The top two floors of this oceanfront, professional decorated unit contain everything you could ever want for your vacation.
Six bedrooms plus a sleeper queen sofa can accommodate up to 18 people and are configured with four kings including two ocean-front masters with magnificent views, one bedroom with two queens and one bedroom with two sets of twin over full bunk beds. Enjoy five TV's (two of which are flat-screen), three DVD's and a VCR. The gourmet kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, beautiful tile backsplash and Old World stained cabinets.
The splendid ocean-facing living room is located on the top floor. In addition, this unit features a private elevator so you and your luggage/groceries can easily travel up to the bedrooms and living space. Finally, there are four covered decks that offer you a private retreat to enjoy the sunset or read a book. Grill and beach chairs are provided. You will be sure to create beautiful family memories in this beautiful unit!
Pool is shared with the (3) SandStep houses. The pool is private for this complex. Perfect for a cool dip with the kids after a day in the sun. Open May 1st - October 15th each year.

Perfect place for 3-4 families. The location and the aminities makes it a perfect getaway for a large group. It's close enough to walk downtown and it's right on the beach which makes it easy to go and fix lunch or even take a nap and then hit the beach again. Perfect set of beds for a group with kids in the 10-16 year range. We will come back again.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, sightseeing, pet owners, families with teenagers.

I stayed here with a group of girlfriends and some of our children in October. It is a beautiful home and was a great place for the adults and children to have fun and relax. I am definitely going to return with my entire family.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers.

We have rented this beautiful home for 3 or 4 years now for a girls getaway and we always dread having to return home because it is so relaxing and comfortable. We absolutely love this gorgeous home ~ it is beautifully and tastefully decorated and has everything that you need. The ocean front views are awesome ~ what more could you ask for?! My friends and I celebrated my mother's 60 Birthday here. The weekend was filled with laughs, tears, encouragement and acknowleging God's wonders. The view was amazing. The accomodations were awesome. The kitchen was fully stocked!! It was amazing and the customer service was even better. Karen, God bless you and everything you do. You helped to make my mother's birthday an event we will never forget. The saddest part of the weekend was having to leave.

Karen - I can't believe no one has left a comment regarding this beautiful rental!! We had a wonderful time in your AMAZING beach house! Everything we needed was there and more! The decor throughout has inspired me and my girlfriends! Did you decorate it? We loved the colors, decorations, and the furniture was so comfortable! (we LOVED the yellow chairs with the pink flamingos!!). The kitchen, kitchen table and bedrooms were generous sizes! And the seating in the living room was large enough for all of us to have a comfortable seat to watch a movie. We will definitely be back!!
