Two-bedroom, seaside classic with commanding view of shore and pristine Crockett Cove. A perfect getaway to recharge, rediscover one another, celebrate an engagement, honeymoon, special anniversary or birthday or just get away from it all to relax and unwind and recharge. Beautifully furnished, tastefully decorated and well equipped as you would keep your own vacation house including a thoughtful library geared to kayakers, birders, artists, and naturalists. Canoe provided for experienced canoers familiar with tides and currents.. Kayak and boat launch on site. Unimited internet access. Our aim is to make you feel completely and comfortably at home.

Year Purchased: 1999
Never immagined returning to Maine or being this far downeast until the day I first saw Cove Meadow in 1999. 30 days later I was its steward and living here full time. It's wonderful to be able to share the peace and beauty here others.
Why the Owner Chose Stonington
The first time I saw this Island I knew I wanted to live here. My heart still turns over every time I look down my cove or enter my village. Beautiful beyond words or imagining.
The Unique Benefits of this Year Round House
An endless wild harvest of berries and mushrooms from my rolling seaside meadow, clams, mussels, edible seaweeds from my cove and daily visits from bald eagles, heron, seals, osprey hawks, lynx (or is she abob cat?).Also spectacular to be the only swimmer in 1.5 miles of pristine secluded cove. The best fishing I have every enjoyed.
