Nothing can be built on the beach in front of our home! Over 2500 square feet. Watch spectacular sunsets from one of the two front decks. There is a circle drive right in front of the house for parking.
Tastefully decorated in West Indies and Caribbean flair, this non-smoking home is perfect for a wedding, honeymoon, family reunions, and just a generally fabulous beach vacation. The kitchen is huge, and you can choose to eat at the island counter, the tall gathering table in the dining room, or out back in the florida room. There is a very nice family room, one king bedroom, one queen bedroom, and two full bathrooms downstairs. Upstairs you will find the unusually large master bedroom, a room size walk in closet, jacuzzi tub and shower in the master bath, another queen guest room, and a loft area with office space. Additional sleeping space is available in the loft family room w/fireplace and gorgeous gulf view.
There is also a Florida room off the kitchen for peace and quiet. The back yard is beautifully landscaped and fenced, and there is a large wood deck, iron patio furniture and umbrella, gas barbecue. There is an outside shower head to get the sea water and sand off of you before you go into the house. There is a Washer/dryer in the house for your use. Free Hi-speed internet.
Panama City airport just 30 minutes away. Tallahassee airport one hour away. One-and-one-half hours east of Destin.
If you want to vacation in peace and harmony with no high-rises to distract you, this is the place! The Forgotten Coast at Mexico Beach is the perfect place to have a vacation from days gone by. Many small restaurants nearby, lots and lots of white sand beach directly in front of you. Bring your fishing poles and catch your dinner, grill it right on the back porch!
Stay a week or a month, do not bring anything except your clothes, snorkel gear, and a camera! Saint Joe Beach and Port Saint Joe are just down the road a ways if you want gourmet restaurants and more activity. We also have a large double car garage for long-term renters, or overflow parking which you may use, just ask the rental manager. There is a place to store a 20' boat trailer with a boat on it next to the garage.
