We have always loved the beach and spend many of our summer weekends there. We both grew up in Delaware but are now living in Baltimore, Maryland. We have named our condo Brody's Beach House after our 5 year old Cocker Spaniel who loves the beach almost as much as we do!
Why the Owner Chose Shipwatch Pointe 2
We fell in love with Myrtle Beach and Shipwatch Pointe II as soon as we arrived. It really is the best of both worlds. We are only a block and a half from the beach while staying in a serene and beautiful complex. We are also only minutes from restaurant row and all the fabulous shopping of Myrtle Beach.
The Unique Benefits of this Condominium
We have recently renovated our condo. The entire condo has been painted, including the front door. We added a king bed in the master and updated the bathroom lighting. The living room has received a new queen pull out sofa, armchair, valence, ceiling fan, and 37inch flat screen TV with HD.
