The Chalet has 2500 sq. ft. of living area, open concept kitchen, dining, and 20 ft. cathedral ceiling living room with large fieldstone fireplace with year round mountain views. You enter into a large foyer with a half bath and utility room that includes washer/dryer and plenty of room for skis and equipment. The lower floor has a master bedroom with master bath, a bedroom, and a full guest bath. The third floor has a large master bedroom with balcony overlooking living room and mountain views with master bath that includes two-person jetted tub. The 10'X28' deck is perfect for relaxing while you listen to the sounds of nature that surround you. The Chalet is ideally located off route 16a between renowned North Conway Village and Jackson Village, both within a 7-10 minute drive. Four major ski resorts (Attitash, Wildcat, Cranmore, Black Mountain) are within a 5-15 minute drive. A private swimming hole on the Saco river is a 3 minute drive. Rock climbing, hiking, mountain biking, kayak/canoeing, and the 35 acre Story Land children's amusement park are all within minutes as well.
