Directly across the street from a large swimming pool, children's pool, jacuzzi, exercise facility, clubhouse, tennis courts, and playground, the house backs up to a lake with fountains, boardwalk, and a gazebo. The house is located just minutes from the beach and downtown Bethany Beach by car or bicycle -- approximately 1 mile. Enjoy three master bedroom suites with king-size beds and attached bathrooms, one suite on the first floor. The fourth bedroom contains a double bed and the fifth bedroom is perfect for kids, with two single beds. The house also has a Pak and Play crib and child proof gates. Relax in a spacious family room with floor-to-ceiling windows providing a lake view; 42 inch Plasma TV with DVD player; two sleeper sofas; and gas fireplace with remote control. Enjoy the upstairs loft with another big screen TV, 2nd DVD player, board games, and a third sleeper sofa. No Smoking. The spacious eat-in chef's kitchen is fully-equipped, seating eight next to bay windows offering a lake view. The deck overlooking the lake includes a new gas grill for seafood feasts. Three and a half baths, a two-car garage, and bright, cheerful colors throughout the house round out this relaxing retreat.

No weekend-only rentals in season. September 13 through October 11 ... $2000/week.
Thanksgiving week ... $1900.
October 11 through May 1............. $1400/week ... $250/day.
