If you are looking to relax in casual style then I recommend this condo to you. The view from the living room and patio is breathtaking. The marina is bustling with life after 8am and the ducks and birds gather around the dock to greet you and your morning cup of joe. I stayed here with my Dad and Aunt and it was a great getaway for them and a good change of pace. The beds were comfortable and a TV in every room. A washer and dryer was available, coffee maker, BBQ grill, and patio. Although the back patio was a shared space but divided by patio walls, it was still enjoyable. This is a pet friendly resort area so bow wow will enjoy all the sights and smells it has to offer. If you come I would bring ice, 2 bars of soap or body wash for long stays, DVDs, binoculars, boat or jet ski, paddle board, swim suit, bikes, books, and good walking shoes. There are many trails to hike if you need a break from the casinos. Eat at the Red Hut for breakfast (the original one) at least once. Split the omelet dishes because the portions are huge.If you need anything Lamont the owner is very responsive.

Our family of four enjoyed staying in this condo! Great location overlooking the marina. Excellent set up for boaters because the dock is right out the back porch! Condo was very clean and well equipped. Owner was very easy to deal with. Deposit was returned quickly. Will definitely rent this condo again!

I stayed in this condo with my husband and our 2 teenage boys in June, 2010. The owner was extremely responsive and easy to work with through email. He sent us great directions and had a few conveniently placed notes inside the condo. He also returned our deposit check promptly. The condo is two stories, two bedrooms and a bath are upstairs. One of the upstairs bedrooms has sliding glass doors to a deck and looks out across the marina to a beautiful marsh area. There are also sliding glass doors onto a patio downstairs that is steps away from the water and gets morning sunlight. The very small kitchen was very well equiped and I found absolutely everything that I needed. This is a relatively small condo but the bedrooms were a nice size and did not feel cramped. The furnishings and decor are not new or luxurious, they are in fact, a little tired, but still clean and comfortable. The sofa in the family room is large and comfy and in very good shape. All of the bedding was clean and fine and there were plenty of towels. There is a washer and dryer in the upstairs bathroom. We brought our Wii and hooked it up to the HD TV in the family room so the kids had something to do at night while we watched TV upstairs. It was great to have a computer in the condo that was connected to the internet so we could research trails and restaurants. Also, it was great to have WIFI for our other gadgets. Be sure to take a walk in the marsh area across the water from the condo. The entrance is near the Marina and it's a beautiful, flat dry area to take an easy stroll. For boys and more adventurous types - the trail to Cascade Falls is fun and the top of the falls area has beautiful views of Lake Tahoe and Fallen Leaf Lake. The top of the falls area is also full of boulders and logs that our boys loved exploring. However, our favorite hike was Rubicon Trail at D L Bliss State Park on the west side of the lake just past Emerald Bay. Rubicon Trail has STUNNING views of the lake overlooking boulders on the edge of the beautiful blue water. We took the trail while our boys clambered over the boulders at the edge of the water. We all had a great time and we had 5 bars cell service in the park (also in the condo). We will recommend this condo to our friends and would be happy to stay here again in the future. It was especially nice to have the water views from the condo and the boys fished from the small dock in front. It was a great vacation.

My family stayed in this condo for a full week, and with four teenage children it was a little tight. However, the views are great and it certainly is a good value. We also had access to a dock, which was great when we rented jet skis. Lamont was a great person to rent from. He returned our deposit promptly!
